Job was very good, great work. I have one issue with this company. We scheduled for something else, but they were an no show. They did not tell you that they would call, before they come. They had called my husband, who was on an business trip. I took an whole day off. The guys were great on this job. They were on time, friendly. He was an stand up guy. The only issue was we did try to use them again, but it didn't work out.

The event: Came later the same afternoon after being requested. Assessed the project, determined he didn't have the parts on the truck to do the job correctly, and that it was too late (3;30pm) to get the parts and get back to get the job done. We agreed to have the project done the following morning. After having trouble getting all of the parts on such short notice, he came back the following day, went right to work, and finished about 2 hours later. PROS: Was extremely pleasant throughout the encounter, and was a pleasure to work with. Did a really nice and neat job. CONS: Price as quoted ($2370 for 15 feet of 1" gas line in a fully exposed drop ceiling) was much higher than I thought was a fair price, but I really didn't have the time to shop further to resolve the urgent situation.

I rarely post reviews but this one deserves it. This was my first time using their services. Very professional and honest. Guided me that I don’t need that gas line moved and my oven will fit in perfectly fine. He did a measurement for me too. Did not even charge me. My problem got resolved as I followed his directions. He could have easily done it and charged me for it. This type of service wins it for me anytime!! We need people and companies like these this day and age. Excellent customer services and felt very comfortable.

This project went extremely well. The gas line on my fireplace was never installed correctly when it was rebuilt years ago and I wasn't able to connect it to my new pan burner. Arvydas was incredible. I needed a real problem solver to engineer a solution for me, and he did just that. He was able to run a new gas line from my fireplace down to my basement, connect it, and add a new shutoff valve that was reachable (the old one was out of reach). Once he got the gas line installed, he came up with a plan to connect the line to my pan burner so all of the controls would be hidden. He even painted some of the components black to match my firebox, and touched up areas of the firebox that got scratched during installation of the new gas line. I highly recommend Arvydas. He's contientious, creative, solution-oriented and an expert in his field.

Recent Review: Service techs showed up on time, went to work right away, and addressed all of my concerns. They dug up rusted gas line deep into ground to the point that the gas line was wrapped in tar paper to protect from moisture/rust. They showed me this as I was uncertain about condition of the rest of the pipe.

Recent Review: The other plumbers that looked at the job wanted to take the easiest route to saw through my tile and replace the shower valve that was leaking. Keith went to three different stores and was able to find a rebuild kit instead that allowed him to install and repair my shower valve instead. He went over and above to find the best and most cost effective solution for me. His invoice was more than fair given the cost of the kit, new shower knobs, and the amount off time and travel it took him to find them and then return and install them. Once he had the material he needed, he had the valve rebuilt, show knobs installed, and was gone within less than an hour. I have found my new plumber and would not hesitate to refer him to my family, friends, and acquaintances.

Recent Review: D&S Plumbing came out and diagnosed and repaired the problem: storm the previous night had fried the pump. Daniel came out in the cold and rain and took care of the problem. Hardest part was finding a supply house open on Christmas Eve. The best part: they didn't charge an after-hours nor "emergency" service charge! I'll NEVER call anyone else!

Recent Review: I called Aquanaut because I needed a shut-off valve installed on a gas line to hook up my new gas stove and I decided to go ahead and replace my water heater before it leaked and made a mess since it was 14 yrs old. Chris stopped by the evening before to check out what he would need for the job which was scheduled at 0900 the next morning. He advised me of the complications that might arise once he started the work. Things went well with the gas stove hookup- he was concerned that the pipe might come unscrewed behind the wall but that did not happen. He installed the shut-off valve and hooked up the stove, leveled it, and tested it. He removed the old water heater and gave me time to clean underneath and behind it before he brought in the new unit. He installed the new one and reattached my "old" recirculator (for instant hot water) and it works better than it ever did before. I also have better water pressure (guess the old one must have had some sediment built up). Chris also removed some gas logs from my fireplace and altogether the work took 4 hours. Everything is working great!

Recent Review: He found the cause very quickly and knew what to do about it. But then he had to drive to town to get a length of pvc pipe. When he got back, he realized he did not have the fitting for the top of the pipe, so he rambled around in his van for 45 minutes looking for the fitting, and finally had to drive back to town to buy the fitting; after returning to our house, then he installed the new pipe and fitting.

Recent Review: I have been a licensed builder for 23 years and have seen plumbers come and go. The last one never returned calls, never showed up, etc. When I found Flowmasters through a recommendation, this has been the best plumbing experience I have ever had in my entire career as a builder and remodeler. Dan and Matt answer the phone, including last weekend when I called Dan, they say what they are going to do and do what they say.
