David Kesler s the consummate professional. He responds immediately and deals with different problems as they arrived. He is very honest and up to date with the various building codes from all of the surrounding counties. Even the county I am working in commented how detailed and beautiful he designed my project. By the way it was approved immediately. The first time it was submitted!

1. Design went well over the Maxine 2400 sq I provided, 2. 3rd around of designing still unsatisfied because did not meet set back requirements. 3. Use my floor plain design and came up with elevation and 3d model that did not meet my requests to not elevate house or agree upon roofing design. Not a good listener more focus on own portfolio and did not focus on specified requirements. He also wanted more money to fix his mistake.

I did so appreciate the opportunity of working with you on your wonderful forest site and I am deeply sorry we didn't continue the working relationship. I very much enjoyed my work with you. At the end of this first phase of work I provided you with Autocad plans, elevations and multiple Renderings as well as the Sketchup 3D model those renderings were based on, at your request. These floor plans were a result of our design discussions. I evolved my work from plans that I created as well as sketch plans you sent me. I created multiple iterations of varying designs that included plans with attached garage and without. I would happily look forward to future work with you and wish you the very best with the development of your future home. Dave

David was honest, fair, reasonable and down to earth. Definitely someone you want to have around for the 6 months to year you spend the time with.

David is an excellent architect and really works with the customer to provide you with the home design you want. His plans are very detailed and we received numerous comments from reviewers about how detailed they were. David provides excellent feedback and input during the design process and became a critical and needed partner in the project. He designed an amazing house for us and we are thankful.

Dave has great ideas and his priority was the integrity of our home. He replies fast by both phone and email. Our plans look wonderful and we are currently working on getting bids.
