In and out in efficient manner.
In and out in efficient manner.
He was on time, did a thorough job, and very knowledgeable!
I went up in my attic the next day to see the work and I was impressed at how thorough they were with the remedation
Kevin would spend time walking me through the process. He always listened and gave advice, if I asked.
I had some odors coming from my crawlspace so I called Amy and Peter. I got an amazing education as they checked both my crawlspace & my attic. They took photos & wrote a VERY detailed report which I could use to share with an abatement company re: the rodent/small animal problems I had and had no idea were so severe. The tested moldy looking areas and also referred me to abatement companies they trusted. Those companies then said "ah, Mold Reporters, yes, they are very detailed & thorough" and could use that information for bids. Amy & Peter came on time, prepared and were very professional. I would absolutely hire them again. Amy knows so much and sent me links to sites with more information as well, then followed up AFTER I had the remediation done as well as checking in and answering questions I had when I was getting bids. Over & above service!
Every one of the employees, AJ, Darell, Dalton and Jeramy that came to my home were prompt, professional and patient and knowledgeable to answer every question I had. Their supervisor Patrick has been quick to respond.
Great experience
Quick and easy, but I donhave the time to say much more as I am watching a toddler

Great communication and efficient handling from start to finished report.
Done on time and responsive.
My furnace is in the attic, where it is difficult to service our due to the layout. The team had to re-invent a custom duct access for clean-out. Very good at two way communication. They needed to cut a 8" hole into my main duct trunk. After clean out, they installed a sheet metal cover. The duct looks just like it did before the cut-out was done. They are did a great job of clean up, after the job was done.

Asbestos is a mineral known for its flame-retardant and insulation abilities, and it’s found in some construction materials and systems. However, asbestos is very dangerous when inhaled over long periods, and is proven to cause significant health risks, including asbestosis, lung disease, and mesothelioma.
Asbestos was used in many homes built before the 1980s. People who live in older homes may risk asbestos exposure from flooring, pipes, ceiling tiles, and insulation. While asbestos is not fully banned in the United States, most newer homes were not made with asbestos-containing materials.
If you suspect that your home contains asbestos, hire a local asbestos abatement professional to test for the presence of asbestos. While DIY at-home asbestos test kits are available, it’s safer to hire a professional to minimize the risk of exposure to the potentially dangerous materials.
Most mold removal professionals charge about $10 to $25 per square foot. However, factors like the mold’s location, size, and type can impact the cost of removal services.
Some home insurance policies will cover mold remediation costs, but only under certain circumstances. For example, some insurance policies will only cover the cost of mold removal if it’s the result of a covered claim, such as a burst pipe. Check your home insurance policy to determine whether it covers this type of service.
