"Richards provides quality work at a very reasonable price. Troy and his team were respectful, arrived when scheduled, and treated my property as if it was their own. Each day they left the area was clean of debris. The driveway was pitched for water runoff away from my house. There are no puddles in the driveway after a rain storm. I have Richards seal coat my driveway. Richards sprays the seal coat on the driveway. The drvieway looks like the seal coat was just sprayed on well over a year after the application.show more

"I was referred to Mack Landscape (Tyler) by a pool installer who contracts with him to remove pools. &nbsp;Tyler was quick to come out for a quote and provide 2 options for entering the yard -- one through a neighbor's yard and the other by tearing out an overgrown tree. &nbsp;We opted for the tree, and he removed it and covered the area with mulch throughout the duration of our project. &nbsp;The whole thing took about a week. &nbsp;They removed sections of the fence (which they then replaced), removed an overgrown, poorly placed vegetable garden (left by the previous owners - we just bought the house and were happy to have it gone), drained the pool, broke up the bottom of the pool, broke up the top 3' feet of the pool walls, tore out the rebar, added gravel and then contracted with another pool company to get the dirt from a pool they were digging that day. &nbsp;He compacted the area throughout the project. &nbsp;Topped it with seed and straw for erosion control, put the fence back, and did some additional fence repair work, unrelated to the pool project. &nbsp;Removed shrubs that had overgrown the side walk/path as well as ones that were out of place in the front of the house.Along the way he advised about other landscaping issues he saw in the yard, especially relating to grading.Since we completed this job, we have decided to take on other projects and were quick to call Tyler. &nbsp;GREAT experience. <br /> <br /> It's now 9 months later and Tyler has returned to make sure the lawn continues to fill in. &nbsp;Great customer service.show more

"We contacted four companies to provide an estimate for work to repair and replace a buckling cement garage floor and a section of cement walkway to the garage. Bald Eagle Construction offered us the best deal for the work. Rebar was used in the replacement of the garage floor. The work provided was excellent; the floor even sloped to a center drain that worked again. The company obtained a construction permit from the village and handled the village inspection process. I was informed during every stage of the work and inspection. There were no delays and the project ran smoothly. We made our final payment November 6, 2020. From the vantage of almost two years, we can attest that the cement work has held up well, and we have completely refurbished the garage interior. show more

"It was a pleasure working with Jack and his assistant. My job required the use of Ardex products to repair a stair that was cracking. 2 other contractor that looked at it were not familiar with Ardex and wanted to tear out the entire stair. Jack is a specialist with Ardex. He explained the limitations of the products and what he felt needed to be done to do a good job. Upon removing the bad concrete some of it had to be replaced but the extra charge was reasonable and understandable. He followed through with every promise he made and showed up on time. He completed the job within the time frame discussed. Very knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced concrete contractor. I would definitely call Expert Concrete Solutions again for any future concrete projects.show more
