Indianapolis Emergency Roofing

I phoned Jordan Roofing on Thurday afternoon, Feb 3rd, 2011 because I had a waterfall in my garage coming from the roof and, at the time, was unsure as to what was causing it. After I secured buckets in my attic to stop the main flow of water I found their company on Angies list. The combination of good remarks, not being far from my home, and listed as 24 hour emergency service I felt confident I would be able to speak with someone soon. Its been 24 hours since I had to leave a voicemail on their system and still have not heard back. Of course in the mean time I have researched on my own, and heard on news reports that gazillions of people are having the same problem with ice buildup on the roof and melting problems its causing. I'm really only leaving this because I was really expecting a call back to acknowledge my dilemma and it sounds like they could have explained on the phone what was happening, especially after being listed at 24 hour service. I ended up phoning another company listed, who wasnt categorized as 24 hour, but were still answering their phones after hours because so many people were calling. They put my mind at ease that what I was doing was the correct procedure and scheduled appt to come out within a couple days. I even received a follow call from the second company Friday morning. I basically wanted my call acknowledged and some guidance from Jordan and was a little disappointed in their lack of response after viewing their reports.

THEY CAME OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS. THEY HAD PUT THE ROOF ON ABOUT 4 YEARS AGO, SO THEY LOOKED AT THE PROBLEM, FIXED IT, AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL!

THEY CALLED ME BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS. IT TOOK A WHILE FROM FIRST CONTACT TO FIX. LIKE 45 DAYS. I AM SURE THIS IS PARTIALLY DUE TO THE RAINY SPRING WE HAD.

If you have a true emergency and call don't expect them to actually act with any urgency. Called on 9/28/2016 with an emergency situation, they advised that they can't be to the house until Tues (3/1/2016). Asked if they knew of anyone that might be available, they advised me to stop using Angie's List and to do an internet search for 24 hour roofing services.

Active leak was discovered during hard rain and they had a 24 hour emergency line. A worker was out to tarp the area in under 2 hours of reporting the leak to prevent further damage. Everyone was professional and very responsive. They pointed out errors made with our former flat roof install, which we validated with another contractor, and I'm confident in the quality of the work. They completed not just the roof repair but also the ceiling and dry wall including paint. Good one-stop shop. Sky light replacement was also well done and they were accommodating when I asked them to re-angle a few days later to ensure water run-off with no additional charge or hassle.

The company has gone the extra mile. In less than 24 hours after an issue I noticed on my roof, the company arrived the fix the problem. The original job was from 2007. On a Saturday, less than 24 hours after hearing my problem, they are currently fixing it. You couldn't ask for better than that.

Everything was great. After our initial contact, Bob was at our house to do the inspection within 24 hours. In another 24 hours we had a bid, and soon after, a signed contact. Bob explained clearly all possible contingencies. The crew would have been here within a week had they not been delayed for a couple of days by rain. The crew was well organized, neat, and polite. When they finished, they cleaned up extraordinarily well. Bob also arranged gutter work, and we would say the same about the gutterers. Bob made a final inspection to see that everything was done to our satisfaction. Needless to say, it was.

Jordan Roofing was very quick to respond to my request submitted through Angie's List and fixed the problem quickly as well. They were able to respond to my inquirey with in 24 hours and were on site and had the leak fixed within 3 days of submiting the request. I was happy with the service and communication and will be contacting them in the future if I need further roof repairs.

COMPANY CALLED ME BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS AND LEFT MESSAGE THAT THEY WERE NOT ACCEPTING ROOF REPAIRS AT THAT TIME. I APPRECIATED THE TIMELINESS.

Was told by another person I should replace roof since it was leaking where it was. Went for a second price and opinion and glad I did. Ed from Edwin Holmes Roofing was extremely quick to come out and look at and fix with in 24 hours. It was an extremely overwhelming thinking i might have to replace my roof but after a second opinion and it being fixed with no leaks. Thanks Again Ed for your quick service and knowledge .

Steve came out in less than 24 hours after my call to check the roof. He called me within 15 minutes of being there and let me know that he could fix the leak for good, and that the roofers calling for a new roof were most likely looking to take my money. He said the roof was fine, the leak just needed patched. He performed the fix, for far less than I thought and followed up after the job to confirm the leak was fixed. It was, and even after heavy snow and rain there has been no leaks. I would recommend Steve Parker and Duramax for any job you needed. Very professional and prompt.

Excellent. They sent out an emergency crew for a reasonable fee and took care of our leaking roof and helped prevent any water damage to our home. I have since referred them to family members.

Matt Miller came out and walked the house with me and gave me an estimate within a few days. A couple of weeks later a crew of three people came out and performed the work. They did an excellent job on the flashing (I had copper flashing installed to match the rest of the house), and a great job on the flat roof. However, it rained over the weekend and I still had water coming into the kitchen. One of the three workers came back after hours one night the next week, inspected the flat roof, and noticed that some of the flashing had been installed incorrectly. He essentially redid the work and then took a hose and sprayed it on the roof for some time to make sure there was no more leaking. With all of the rain Indy has had the past few weeks, I am happy to say that I have not seen any more leaks (and I'm anal and check every time it rains!)

WE CALLED MR. GAINEY OVER THE WEEKEND FOLLOWING A VERY HEAVY RAIN IN AUGUST, 2003. WATER WAS LEAKING FROM OUR CEILING AND FROM THE CHIMNEY INTO OUR FIREPLACE. MR. GAINEY RETURNED OUR CALL THAT FOLLOWING MONDAY AND CAME OUT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE THE NEXT DAY. HE INDICATED THAT HE HAD RECEIVED NUMEROUS CALLS OVER THE WEEKEND BUT WOULD WORK US IN FOR THE MINOR REPAIRS THE NEXT DAY. HE CAME BACK AND FIXED THE ROOF LEAK COMPLETELY. HE PROMISED TO RETURN TO DO THE CHIMNEY WORK BY OCT. 15, BUT RETURNED AND COMPLETED THE WORK 2 DAYS EARLIER WITHOUT US CALLING TO REMIND HIM. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ROOF WORK. IT WAS A PLEASURE WORKING WITH HIM AND WE HOPE TO USE HIM AGAIN FOR ANY OTHER ROOFING WORK. HIS RESPONSIVENESS AND WORKMANSHIP ARE EXCELLENT. WE HAD CALLED SEVERAL OTHER ROOFING COMPANIES IDENTIFIED AS RECEIVING THE ANGIE'S LIST SERVICE AWARD, BUT NOT ONE EVER RETURNED OUR CALLS.

I found Two Brothers on Angie's List when my usual roofing company couldn't accommodate my immediate need to stop a roof leak. Dana came right away and took care of the situation. He was very professional and courteous and did a great job.
