I phoned Jordan Roofing on Thurday afternoon, Feb 3rd, 2011 because I had a waterfall in my garage coming from the roof and, at the time, was unsure as to what was causing it. After I secured buckets in my attic to stop the main flow of water I found their company on Angies list. The combination of good remarks, not being far from my home, and listed as 24 hour emergency service I felt confident I would be able to speak with someone soon. Its been 24 hours since I had to leave a voicemail on their system and still have not heard back. Of course in the mean time I have researched on my own, and heard on news reports that gazillions of people are having the same problem with ice buildup on the roof and melting problems its causing. I'm really only leaving this because I was really expecting a call back to acknowledge my dilemma and it sounds like they could have explained on the phone what was happening, especially after being listed at 24 hour service. I ended up phoning another company listed, who wasnt categorized as 24 hour, but were still answering their phones after hours because so many people were calling. They put my mind at ease that what I was doing was the correct procedure and scheduled appt to come out within a couple days. I even received a follow call from the second company Friday morning. I basically wanted my call acknowledged and some guidance from Jordan and was a little disappointed in their lack of response after viewing their reports.
