"I received a quote from Mike Williams and although it was the highest of the 3 which I received, he really was the most thorough in his suggestions before writing up the quote and making suggestions for ways to make the job nicer. He suggested a salt-free water conditioner and a tankless water heater to make more room in the mechanicals room. I thought it was a great idea, especially since I am sometimes gone for long periods and don't need to be wasting energy keeping water hot for no one. I had a plumber install the 2 systems and then Mike and his brother Don came out and they got right to work. They were pleasant and efficient and they did a great job. They were so easy to work with and it was just a great experience. I would definitely recommend them.

"My wife and I were first time builders and used Robin Campbell Builders to design and construct our custom home. We highly recommend them to anyone thinking about building a home and would definitely work with them again! We did a lot of research on home builders in the Indianapolis area and met with several in person to talk about their process. Building a house can be very stressful and time-consuming and we wanted to work with someone we liked, we could trust, and who could help transform our ideas and wants into a home design within our budget. We chose Robin and Chad for those exact reasons and are very glad we did. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were patient and very thoughtful in offering different perspectives and ideas on how to control cost, deliver the design we wanted, and increase the value of our home. They made the process as simple and painless as possible and provided regular updates along the way. We feel there are a couple of things that differentiate Robin and Chad from other builders: 1) They were extremely responsive to our many questions. We had a lot of questions along the way and they responded quickly (often within a couple hours) and made sure we felt heard. They used group texts and emails to make sure we were all on the same page in every step of the process. 2) Robin and Chad treated our budget and money like it was their own. They provided regular updates on costs and worked very diligently to stay in budget, often offering suggestions on how to reduce costs. 3) Their commitment to detail and quality is excellent. "Amazing. We are preparing the house for sale and working on a tight timeline. Andy and Robert not only made sure they met our timeline and finished the project on time they managed the entire process and made sure we stayed within budget. They are responsive, even taking a call during the holiday. Items I purchased that were wrong they returned and purchased the right materials. Their crew is polite and clean. All debris was removed.
