Kris Beevers

Kris Beevers leads NS1’s team of industry experts as they create products to enable companies to use DNS to build and deliver dynamic, distributed, and automated applications that delight users. Kris is a recognized authority on DNS and global application delivery, and often speaks and writes about building and deploying high performance, at scale, globally distributed internet infrastructure. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from RPI, and prior to founding and leading NS1, he built CDN, cloud, bare metal, and other infrastructure products at Voxel, which sold to Internap (NASDAQ:INAP) in 2011.

Alex Vayl

Prior to founding NS1, Alex served as Regional Manager (AsiaPAC) for Voxel through its acquisition by Internap (NASDAQ:INAP) in 2011. While with Voxel, Alex built a regional sales team on a limited budget and grew Voxel’s presence in the Asia Pacific market into a major revenue generator. Alex received his B.B.A. degree in International Business from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.

Jonathan Sullivan

Jonathan Sullivan has more than a decade of experience architecting, deploying, and maintaining mission-critical, distributed IT solutions across colocation, bare metal, cloud, and CDN for companies ranging from dot com startups to Fortune 1000 enterprises. Prior to NS1's founding, Jonathan led the New York Managed Hosting Operations team for Voxel from 2006 through its acquisition by Internap (NASDAQ:INAP) in 2011. At Internap, he led the Hosting Business Unit and Sales Engineering organizations’ evolution to become a key competitor in modern hosting and hybrid cloud ecosystems. He studied Computer Science at RPI.

David Coffey

As the Chief Product Officer at NS1, David Coffey focuses on developing product strategy and at-scale execution. He is a technological innovator, team builder, and transformational leader who brings more than two decades of experience in software engineering, product management, security operations, and applied data science to the company.


Prior to joining NS1, Coffey served as senior vice president of Global Engineering for Forcepoint, where he led research and development, spearheading the release of new products and revenue streams. Coffey also planned and executed cloud transformations and revolutionized product capabilities of global tech firms such as McAfee and Intel. At Intel, he served as Head of Cloud Platform Engineering and Operations where he led teams responsible for building massively scalable cloud security services, including cloud-to-cloud integrations, supporting hundreds of millions of devices.

Ryan Davis

Ryan Davis is Chief Information Security Officer at NS1. He is responsible for ensuring the security of the critical infrastructure that NS1 provides to hundreds of customers worldwide. Davis has more than 15 years of experience in information technology and security in various industries.

Prior to NS1, Davis was the CISO/CIO at Veracode, a software security company aiding thousands of global organizations to discover vulnerabilities in their applications. He was responsible for global IT Operations, Security/Threat Management, and Risk/Compliance.

Previous to Veracode, Davis supported a number of different Department of Defense customers at MIT Lincoln Laboratory within several Information Assurance roles. Davis earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Security and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking from Champlain College.

In his spare time, Davis enjoys time with family, tinkering in his garage and a variety of outdoor activities.

Lorraine Heber-Brause

As the Vice President, Global Head of People at NS1, Lorraine Heber-Brause will lead the people operations and employee growth strategy. Lorraine is an experienced human resources and global people operations executive with a proven track record of leading organizations through rapid growth and transformation. Her focus and expertise spans organizational development, coaching, training, employee engagement, culture and diversity and inclusion programs.

Prior to joining NS1, Lorraine led People functions at Yotpo and AppNexus, and reaching back in her career, she held HR Relationship Leader roles at BlackRock, American Express and Citi.

Lorraine holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from SUNY and a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.

Salil Jani

Salil joined NS1 from NMM Law, where he was a partner leading the firm's venture tech and emerging companies practice. In that role, he acted as general counsel to numerous technology companies, advising and leading them through securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transaction. Prior to that he was part of the Capital Markets practice at Clifford Chance where he advised companies on IPOs, private placements and structured finance transactions. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Seton Hall University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.

David Wilson

David Wilson is an experienced finance executive with a 20-year track record leading teams in both the public and private markets. He has raised more than $1B in capital and played a leadership role in M&A deals exceeding $500M.

Prior to joining NS1, David held CFO roles with Symphony Communications, a +$1B valued private company centered on encrypted communication; Ooyala Inc., a leading provider of online video services, where he played a lead role in its sale to Telstra (ASX: TLS); ACS (NASDAQ ALSK) a facilities based telecommunications provider that out-performed the market by 14x during his tenure; and DirecTV Broadband (formerly Telocity; NASDAQ TLCT).

David began his career with PwC, where he traveled the world from the UK to Central Europe, and South-East Asia before finally settling in the US. He holds a Bcom in Accounting from Birmingham University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant of England and Wales.

Brian Zeman

Brian Zeman is an experienced Operating Executive in Infrastructure, Information Security, and Analytics/IOT with twenty years of leadership in Sales and Marketing, Customer Success & Services, & Product Operations. Brian has deep expertise in scaling both early stages ventures and large global organizations in a wide variety of operating models from on premise technology to advanced software-as-a-service.

In prior roles, Brian was the Chief Operating Officer for Prevalent, a Gartner Magic Quadrant leader in Third Party Risk Management, the Chief Revenue Officer for SevOne, the leading digital infrastructure management platform for many of the world’s largest Enterprises and Service Providers, and the head of Global Services and Product Operations business of RSA, the Security Division of Dell EMC.

Brian graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA in Economics where he lettered in baseball. In his spare time, he enjoys running marathons and spending time with his wife Deb and daughters, Ruby and Ella.

Reggie Best

As VP of Product, Reggie leads overall product strategy at NS1. Reggie brings more than three decades of experience in telecom, enterprise networking, security and software.

Prior to joining NS1, Reggie led the Federal, Managed Service Provider, network discovery, and security businesses at FireMon. Reggie arrived at FireMon via the acquisition of Lumeta Corporation in 2018. Reggie had served as Chief Product Officer of Lumeta, which he joined in 2013 as part of a turn-around management team. Prior to Lumeta, Reggie held executive level product positions at ProtonMedia, a SaaS enterprise collaboration start-up and AEP Networks, a network security start-up.

Earlier in his career, Reggie co-founded three start-ups with successful exits: Netilla Networks (acquired by AEP), AccessWorks (acquired by 3Com), and Teleos Communications (acquired by Madge Networks).

Reggie began his career at Bell Laboratories where he was a design engineer creating products for the telephone network and AT&T business communications services. He holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and Bachelors of Electrical Engineering from City College of New York.

Reggie is a longstanding Member of the IEEE and has received five US patents. While he has spent a lot of time traveling the US and the globe on business, Reggie considers himself a native New Yorker. He now lives in New Jersey and is married with three adult children. He enjoys cooking, jogging, gardening, photography and just spending time at the beach – especially in the Caribbean - when time permits.

Rob Clifford joined in January 2019 and will be focused on growing the NS1 business in North America.  Rob has spent the last 12 years in sales and sales leadership roles in the security and network infrastructure space. He was most recently VP of NA Sales for SevOne, the leading network infrastructure monitoring platform for many of the world's largest Enterprises and Service Providers.  Prior to that he spent 7 years with RSA, the security division of EMC, in various sales capacities:  BDR, Inside Sales, Channel, Enterprise, Global and District Manager for NY/NJ.

Kathleen Foreman

Kathleen Foreman comes to NS1 with more than two decades of experience in bringing predictability and repeatability to organizations by implementing adaptable Program Management and Software Development methodologies.

As the Sr Director of Technical Program Management, Kathleen’s focus is to elevate Program Management to drive the strategic objectives of the organization, and introduce processes that continue to improve NS1’s ability to deliver best in class products and services efficiently and effectively.

Prior to NS1, Kathleen led Business Operations and Program Management teams dedicated to providing critical operational data analysis, process development, and program management expertise at IBM, Landis+Gyr, Secureworks, and Forcepoint. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia where she still lives with her husband, Scott, and daughter, Amelia.

Bill Lapcevic

A seasoned software veteran, Bill has held software leadership roles in Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success. His experience spans companies large and small with a common theme - fast growth.

Prior to joining NS1, Bill ran both Business Development and Customer Success at New Relic, was the Chief Operating Officer at Sentry.io, and was responsible for all partnerships and channels at Auth0.

Bill graduated with a BA from Dartmouth College and holds an MBA from Pepperdine. He acts as an advisor to several start-ups and accelerators such as Forum Ventures, HeavyBit, and Quarterly.ai. Bill lives in Orinda, California with his wife, Krysta, and two amazing children, Holden and Finley.

Evan helped form NS1’s Customer Success team upon joining the company in 2015 and now oversees the account management, support and professional services groups. As VP Global Services, Evan is committed to delivering best in class service to the largest enterprises on the internet. Prior to joining NS1, Evan held various account management and professional services positions at the advertising technology company MediaMath. Evan holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Prior to joining NS1, Kathleen was the VP of Marketing at Maxymiser, which was acquired by Oracle. Before that, she was VP of Marketing at Revolution Analytics leading up to its acquisition by Microsoft. She has also held marketing leadership roles at Sprint, Teleglobe (Bell Canada), and AppliedTheory, which was acquired by Navisite. Kathleen holds a B.A. in Economics from the College of William & Mary and earned an M.B.A. in Marketing from Hofstra University.

Kevin Romani

Kevin thrives in the startup environment and has helped some of the internet’s most dominant organizations meet their objectives for resiliency, performance, security, and manageability. Prior to joining NS1, he led Sales and Business Development for AdStack, an email technology company acquired by TellApart. Kevin has a long history in the DNS and IT infrastructure arenas, and opened Dyn’s San Francisco sales office. He holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of San Diego.

Shannon Weyrick

A veteran of internet infrastructure for over 20 years, Shannon is an accomplished technical architect, developer, and leader. His experience encompasses both development and operations of globally distributed platforms. A regular open source contributor, he has led and worked on a wide range of infrastructure projects, from high performance servers to novel programming languages and runtimes. He enjoys writing and speaking at industry conferences, and has previously worked at Internap and F5 Networks.

David’s investment focus includes Infrastructure, SaaS, IoT and Cyber Security. He his investments include Apiary (acquired by Oracle), BetterCloud, Bitsight, Crashlytics (acquired by Twitter), Immedia (acquired by Amazon), JouleX (acquired by Cisco), Minim, NS1 and Valimail.

Prior to joining Flybridge in June 2005, David spent nearly a decade focusing on early-stage investing at Greylock Partners and before that, held senior technology and management roles at Chipcom, a, enterprise network software and equipment vendor. While working full-time on his MBA, David was co-founder and COO of HappyPuppy. Earlier in his career he held technical positions at Bell Labs where he developed secure network software.

David currently serves on the Board of Directors for Draper, on the Advisory Board of the Global Cyber Institute and is a member of the Board of Trustees for The University of Vermont.

David holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Vermont, cum laude and with college honors, an MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California, and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.

Marge is the Senior Executive Vice President and CMO for MicroStrategy. Her expertise as a software industry Chief Operating Officer, General Manager and CMO, and board veteran spans more than 25 years in some of the world’s best-known software companies. Marge previously served as COO at Ionic Security, a privately-held provider of data protection and control software. Before moving to Ionic Security, Ms. Breya was EVP and CMO at Informatica Corporation. Prior to that, she was SVP of Marketing Services at HP, EVP and GM of Solutions Management at SAP, GM/CMO at Business Objects, CMO/Chief Strategy Officer at BEA Systems, and SVP of Marketing at Sun Microsystems. She has also held public company board positions at LSC Communications, Jive Software, and Document Sciences Corporation.

As President and CEO of Nasuni, Paul is responsible for all aspects of Nasuni’s global operations. He is focused on building a world-class team of innovators whose common goal is to leverage the cloud to reinvent enterprise file storage services.

Paul has a wealth of experience building and leading high growth companies. As an operating executive, he has raised over a billion dollars of financing and has taken two companies from start-up to IPO with capitalizations over $1 billion. Paul has served as CEO at Rave Mobile Safety and StorageNetworks (IPO: Nasdaq), CFO at VistaPrint, now Cimpress (IPO: Nasdaq), and VP of Finance at Lasertron (Acquired: Corning) and Vitol Gas and Electric (Acquired: Coral Energy).

Paul has also spent 12 years as co-founder and managing director at Sigma Prime Ventures and as a managing director at Sigma Partners, where he led investments in Wordstream (Acquired: Gannett) , Bionx (acquired: Ottoboch), ReThink Robotics, High Street Partners (acquired: HG Capital/Nair), Contently, and NS1. Tyler Jewell

Tyler Jewell is Managing Director at Dell Technologies Capital. Tyler's responsibilities include sourcing, leading and managing investments in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and serverless architecture.

Prior to joining Dell Technologies, Tyler was CEO of WSO2, the largest open source integration provider, and founder / CEO of Codenvy (acquired by Red Hat). While operating as a CEO, Tyler was also an angel and partner at Toba Capital where he lead $100M in DevOps investments including Cloudant (acquired by IBM), Sauce Labs, Sourcegraph, InfoQ, and ZeroTurnaround (acquired by Roguewave).

Before Toba Capital, Tyler spent 15 years in product leadership roles at Oracle (Oracle Cloud), Quest Software (Foglight, Spotlight, JProbe, Performasure acquired by Dell Technologies), MySQL (acquired by Oracle), Veritas (TheServerSide.com acquired by TechTarget), and BEA (WebLogic acquired by Oracle). He has more than 50 publications and the author of 3 books on Java.

Jack Young

Jack is a Partner and the Head of Venture Capital at Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners. He serves as a Board Member / Observer at: Aryaka, NS1, Paxata and Skorpios on behalf of DTCP.

Prior to joining DTCP, he was the Managing Director of Qualcomm Ventures North America and General Partner at dRx Capital – a joint Novartis and Qualcomm investment company. He made investments in: Airstrip, AliveCor, Doctor On Demand, goBalto, Jana, Omada, Visage and Welltok. His exits included: ClearCare (acquired by Battery), Telcare (Acquired by BioTelemetry), Validity (acquired by Synaptics), and Fitbit (NYSE: FIT).

Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at ZTE (USA), Nokia, 3Com, GDC, and Nortel. Jack earned a MSEE from University of Calgary and a MBA from McGill University.

Shawn Cherian

Mr. Cherian has over a decade of experience in the enterprise technology sector in various capacities, including investment banking, corporate development, and investing. Prior to joining EIP, Mr. Cherian spent five years at Third Point as a Venture Principle investing in private companies across enterprise infrastructure and software. Prior to joining Third Point, Mr. Cherian worked in Cisco’s Corporate Development Group on M&A and investing across several business units including Service Provider Networking, Service Provider Mobility and Collaboration. Prior to joining Cisco, Mr. Cherian worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch in the firm’s Global Technology Group. Mr. Cherian has a degree in Government from Cornell University.
