They were very polite and they cleaned up every night before they left. Everything was on time and on budget. They were really good. If we had more construction and more money we would hire them. We checked 3 other people and their price was fair.

I was very pleased with work done by Perez & Perez General Contractors. My building walls were damaged by rain. Edwin was fair in pricing of the drainage and concrete work required. The estimated time for work was accurate. If an unforeseen problem arose, he would inform me. There was a further drainage issue. Edwin said it would take 2 more day to complete the job. The works were proficient and courteous.

A job I would normally do myself, except this drain trench needed to be excavated 8 feet deep. The crew was experienced and hard working. They were very responsive to my questions and requests as the project progressed. The end result was exactly what I wanted. And my wife was happy that they worked through her garden without damaging any plants.

Bay Area Drainage Inc was good. It was fine. They were very good, they were fast, very professional and they cleaned up very well.

Wayne was quick to come out and provide a quote. However, his work backlog precluded getting the job done in my desired timeframe. The price seemed fair, although the quote was based on a gravity feed to the street, which would not have been possible. Quote also included installation of rain gutter drains, not originally discussed. A follow-up discussion would have been required if the work was to be performed.

There was no access for heavy equipment. Edwin and his crew hand dug 5 foot deep trench through garden area on hill side. Crew was careful not to harm garden plants. I got the drain I wanted and my wife is happy that her garden looks great. My second project with Edwin and both have been excellent.

He and his crew did a beautiful job. They were very efficient. I had a French drain put in, a new rock wall built, sprinkler and drip system throughout, and many trees and plants. I also put in a swing and extended my fence. It's wonderful and magical.

Tyler is a professional and a perfectionist. He is punctual, responsive (usually within 24 hours by email or phone), detailed with his quote/contract, and takes pride in his work. He has his crew, but he?s constantly over (almost every hour) to supervise. There were times when he would make his workers re-do things (sacrifice time) just to make sure its done right.

Overall, it was excellent. They were very thorough and very easy to talk to. They were willing to accommodate and work with me as far as the project was concerned. The quality of their work was excellent.

I had been having a moisture problem on a rental-during the winters the inside of the house would get a moldy smell. I asked Pacheco Bros to take a look and they recommended that I install a French drain system between the house and the backyard, which sloped toward the house. I had to have the work done quickly because tenants were moving in soon. They scheduled the job when I wanted and brought enough people to get it done in a day.

Rich ( the owner) was very professional from bidding all the way until the project was finished. He explained all the details verbally and in writing about the whole scope of the project. All work was done exactly as was included in contract. After finishing the job, they left the site in a very clean condition as before work was performed. They finished the job on time as promised. l His crew, Bart and Carlos were very friendly and hard working and went out of their way to do other things that weren't part of the contract as adding an irrigation line and a sprinkler head to the irrigation system line. Very happy with the work specially they are the only one that guarantees no standing water in my basement for 5 years. He also included 3 years maintenance free and extended the sub pump manufacturer warranty to 3 years.

We were very impressed with their work. They had to first cut through flatwork around most of the house, as well as work around pool equipment and plants we wanted to keep. They were very professional and kept the work site extremely clean. I would (and have) recommended this company to anyone who needs similar work done.

Christie did a great job with the design. She understood the aesthetic I wanted in each yard (Mediterranean in the front and calming in the back), and achieved both. She is very knowledgable about plants and the microclimates in the Bay Area, and her designs used plants that would thrive. Christie also incorporated existing plants into the design, where possible. Most importantly, she listened to me and solicited my input on the design and on specific plants. Christie has a great crew, and the men do fabulous work. It is very clear they respect her and want to do their very best for her and for her clients. Christie also goes out of the way to continue to provide her clients with garden support after the initial design is installed. She does not leave her clients "high and dry" after the installation and she has been available to me for even the smallest matter, like fixing a broken irrigation valve. I would not hesitate to hire her again.

Tom came and evaluated the work that needed to be done. They install standard french drains with rocks exposed on the surface. Estimate was around $5K to $7K depending on whether or not I also had rock placed to line an existing ditch.

Juan is spotty at best. He was working several jobs on our street (new development), and none were completed as promised. Although Juan is very nice and his prices are OK, the irrigation was not properly installed and he skipped town without paying one of the materials suppliers. He also left equipment and trash in the yard. He's back in Marin now, so be careful out there!

What a nightmare! This guy put drainage rock down in one section of my yard to make it appear that a french drain was installed. I noticed that the water wasn't draining and decided to dig down and sure enough there was no trench and no pvc pipe just a few inches of drainage rock! I was at work when the work was performed and had no way of knowing and trusted the work was being done. I called him on this and he never returned my calls so I am now in the process of taking legal action. I did check references on his company, but now I'm wondering if they were fake. Also, this guy is operating w/o a license for both businesses. This guy has no conscious, I am a single woman who at the time he did the work was going through treatment for cancer and he still took advantage of me. I wonder how people like this sleep at night.
