Francisco and his crew, Hirnan andJesus, arrived as scheduled, and worked tirelessly all day. They were professional, courteous, and friendly, working well into the evening to assure that every detail was right and the work areas were clean when they left. Before them, Thomas and Jose stabilized the basement floor, and Andy installed the wiring for the new sump pump. All were professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend Complete Basement Systems and will thank our neighbors who recommended them

    We have been using Plumbing Tree for all of our plumbing, air conditioning, & heating service since we found him 2 years ago. Kieth may not be the cheapest guy in town, but you get what you pay for. He knows what he's doing and makes sure it's actually fixed right. This time, I had him out to talk about a barhroom remodel I want to do, but ask him if he could replace a valve in my kitchen faucet "to make the trip worth his time". They didn't just see the faucet was leaking on top where I saw it but took time to check underneath and found leaking valves that were damaging the cupboard underneath and even a little into the flooring below. No question, the faucet needed replacement and new valves. I love my new faucet

He taught us a lot about foundations, and spent lots of time with us as we tweaked and tuned the plan. They were able to get us on their schedule fairly quickly, and they finished the job in about a week, which I thought was amazing. Willis, who led the crew, was super nice. He recognized our interest in the details of what they were working on, and kept us informed the whole way through. Joel, Wheelz and Adam were awesome too. They cranked through the work and left our finished basement just as clean as they found it

    Work done well, easy to communicate with, professional, courteous, and fair price. I don't think we could have found a better company to do the work. They jack hammered the cement slab to expose the pipe that was broken and all connecting joints, replaced with new piece of pipe and joints plus gravel fill, reconnected to all connections, took photos and let us inspect, then patched back the cement

    Had a puddle in my basement after a downpour. They found the crack that was the most likely culprit and sealed it. The sump pump wouldn't fit where originally planned, so they had to add a few feet of drain along the interior wall. Inside everything seems OK. The concrete sidewalk and lawn they dug up for the drain outside are a bit of a mess. Be forewarned. They will ask you to commit to service at the time of the free estimate or lose out on a 10% discount
