All of the above projects were completed to my satisfaction. They were very clean, courteous, worked fast and completed the projects on time. Mr. Rubio explained in detail how they were going to do the job and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the finished projects.

I called Dr. Construction to give me a quote to replace my bathroom surround. They came, quoted me a fair price for labor a material. They were very prompt, professional, great communication and made sure to clean before leaving each day. As with most remodels, there are surprises that were not evident in the beginning. They walked me through the project and made sure I knew everything that was going to happen. Danny and his crew kept the area clean and organized to ensure not to disrupt the other areas of my house. The original quote was for a surround tile replacement, but I asked them to replace the floor tile, toilet, bathroom vanity, paint, replace all the faucets and hang my new towel racks. These guys did a great job. I have many more projects around my house and will use these guys again for everything. Its hard to find an honest contractor, but these guys are it. All the work they did and still under budget!! Thank yo

The best experience we have ever had with a contractor. Honest, dependable and committed to doing the job properly. Great employees, 1st class subs, an experienced foreman on the job at all times to coordinate and keep the job site clean. We probably could have hired someone for less money but the attention paid to all the little details was worth the money

  • ADREC Inc.

Chris scheduled an appointment for an estimate promptly after our initial contact. He was on time and gave a very thorough description of what he recommended to correct the issues in the master bathroom, as well as the two walls in the master bedroom. All issues were remedied in about a week, which was unbelievable considering the months it took our other, less efficient contactor. Chris also suggested other improvements along the way, such as removing exposed wiring to a fan on the ceiling in the master bedroom and the popcorn ceiling along with it. All in all, we were very impressed with how quickly and professionally the work was completed along with the fair price that was charged in return! We would definitely hire Chris and his crew from ADREC again

  • Grove & Anderson Co.

My original contractor actually subcontracted to Grove & Anderson. Abraham Grove handled our requests professionally and timely. We requested a significant rework on the new closet after I noticed that the wall did not line up with the ceiling beams the way that I wanted. This was after the dry wall was installed. It was no one's fault, but he was more than happy to fix the problem, which involved at least half-a-days work. Although it was mainly one guy working on the job, the project progressed quickly; about two weeks total. About a week into it, I got a little concerned that the project was going to take longer than expected . G&A provided a project plan that outlined all the tasks for the following week, and made sure everything was done as scheduled. A change order that I requested threatened the schedule, however, he agreed to work on the weekend to accommodate our needs. Throughout the project the rest of the house was kept clean. Plastic was hung over entry ways to keep dust to a minimum in other rooms; and there was a lot, especially when removing the popcorn ceiling. My wife and I are very happy with the way everything turned out. Abraham was pleasant to work with and the overall quality and price were great. FYI - I called nine other contractors. Out of the eight that showed up and the five that gave me quotes, G&A was the best by a significant amount, even though he was a sub. I would hire G&A again without hesitation

Mr. Cervantes arrived on the agreed date and in a timely manner to install the fence. He was very cautious to maintain the working area organized and clean at all times. When he finished, he asked for approval of the work done. He perfomed an excellent job. Therefore, I highly recommend A & L Home Improvements because Mr. Cervantes is a professional and trustworthy contractor who pays special attention to detail and demonstrates his desire to satisfy his clients and their home improvements needs

Great. I was a little skeptical at first because Juan's estimate for a job was much lower than the other 2 quotes we had received. I'm glad we took a chance on him. He is a good jack-of-all trades and I have hired him personally for stucco, drywall and interior painting as well as door and trim installation and window framing. Since then I have recommended him to 4 other people who have used him for various services such as exterior painting, TV mounting, flat roof coating and general clean up and handyman services. He shows up when he says he will and is honest and fair

  • CSS Construction

Almost two years ago this company replaced my whole roof which had been hail damaged, repaired the ceiling in my office which had been leaking, and worked on leaking gutters. We had three separate leaking areas with the first big rain after the roof replacement. These three areas had been sources of leaks prior to the new roof and even dating back to a roof put on in 1990. Luckily, only the leak in the garage created a stain and ruined the ceiling inside a closet. CSS was informed immediately and sent people out to fix the leaking places with additional material we suggested from our prior experience and those areas do not leak anymore. However, I did not want to rush to repair the garage and closet until I had time to be here. CSS came back last month, fixed the job for NO COST on my part and fixed the wallboard between my garage door for the $150 charge listed above. The company is very professional, their workpeople clean up their messes and put my garage in order without any input on my part. I'm very impressed!

Horrible. It’s been months since he and his team of children did work at my home and it seems like every couple of months I’m having to redo Carlos Sotelos poor work. From electrical to plumbing to the tile work you could not be more disappointed. Do not waste your time and money with this man. He takes no pride in his work. The electrical work could have caused my house to have a fire and his plumbing resulted in months of water leaking causing water damage and mold. My floors are uneven and my doors do not shut properly. I could not have been more disappointed the communication received and the ending results
