They did a wonderful job. They were quick to respond and they were professional throughout the entire process. They improved my overall pool performance and saved me energy at the same time. Wonderful people.

My pool, pump and filter are about 20 years and they have kept it in good working order for the past year.

Owner is always very responsive and always seems to fix any pool pump problems with minimal or reasonable cost.

I'm giving 3 stars because the initial work was great (though the wiring to the motor was exposed and not as clean as it should be). Nice folks. But…7 months later, the pump started leaking. I called them and they came out. Cracked housing. No biggie, right? Well, apparently, there is no pump available anywhere. Not one. They can't repair it or replace it. But, no alternative solution was given whatsoever. No "Hey, go on amazon and get a pump and we'll install it as a temporary measure." or "I have a pump that may not be perfect, but let's try it." "I have a pump that's stronger or weaker, so let's try it."Nothing. My pond is now stinking and a mosquito trap and all they could tell me was: "Drain it." Indefintely. So it's my assumption that if they can't help me in any way, how can they possibly solve your pump problem? I LOVE companies that help problem solve and run from those who come out, say that they're out of stock and never ever reach back out again until I texted them (3 months later). Is it their plan to sit on this problem indefinitely until it somehow solves itself? Oh, BTW-I found a 4.5 star rated pool pump that meets my specs on Amazon and on Sunday my problem will be solved. By me. Not by Pool Steward. Is it ideal? No way. But it's the best I have because the problem needs a solution.

Damion was recommended by another company who couldn't do the work we required. He picked up immediately when I called on a Thursday and said the earliest he could come out was Monday. Sent him my address and he texted Monday morning that he would be out in 30 mins. He looked at the motor and determined it could not be repaired but he could replace it about 3 pm. He did as he said for a very, reasonable fee. He is professional and friendly. Will definitely call him next time for our pool needs.

Integrity Pools did an outstanding job repairing our aging pool pump equipment. This company is a dream to work with. Numerous problems with the pump equipment were not easily figured out, but the experienced Integrity technicians persevered until our equipment was completely repaired. The Integrity Pools folks are so friendly, very responsive, prompt, well-trained and very knowledgeable.

Can them on Wednesday and they came to look at the problem on Friday. Said they had to order parts and came back the next Wednesday to fix it. What they fixed was the wet side of the pump not the motor. The housing had a leak so they put on a new housing and new pump parts. Everybody I talked to were very nice. Also, I like their method of payment and notifications using the internet.

Excellent response. Ernie scheduled the initial visit the day after I called him. He arrived at the scheduled time. He spent significant extra time "priming the pool pump" so it would circulate water thru the pool. He then checked the amperage load with each pump and the spa areator separately and with both pumps and the areator running simultaneously. He found that with all devices running at the same time required 19 amps and the breaker was rated only 20 amps. This could see the breaker thrown if the timing of events happened in in a certain sequence, especially when starting devices or in cold weather. The existing wiring gauge can only handle 20 amps so the only fix to my problem is to replace it with a larger size wire that will handle 30 amps and replace the 20 amp breaker with a 30 amp breaker. He provided an estimate for that task that was very reasonable. All in all, he was very helpful and understanding especially in consideration of the extra unanticipated work he had to do to get the water circulating so he could diagnose the problem.

Was having a problem with my pump that my normal company could not fix so I called Jimmy and he came over to the house within 5 minutes. He looked over the system and everything ended up being fine and he did not charge anything for his time. Very professional and will call again for any pool repair needs.

Clear Water Pool Service is fantastic!!!! We had the worst luck dealing with pool service providers through our home warranty company. For the first 1.5 years of living in our new home, the pool had one problem after another that no one seemed to be able to figure out completely or fix. It was constantly cloudy or turning green. Finally, one of the providers determined we needed new filters. Shortly after that, the very noisy pool pump that drove us crazy stopped working. Thank goodness that pump died! We called Clear Water Pool service and they were able to come out the same day to give us estimates on a couple of options for replacement. And within a couple of days, the pump was ordered, received and installed. Having the new pump installed has completely changed our perspective on having a pool. The pump (which sits outside the bedroom window) is VERY quiet and is apparently pumping enough water to keep our pool beautiful. We were very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their pool!!

Everything was repaired as expected. Price was quoted prior to doing the work - work was discussed, then approved and quickly repaired.

Because of the season, she was very busy and it took about a week before she could perform the service. She did come out within a day or two to take a look and remove the freeze plugs (we were having an unusual cold spell). The actual cost was close to the estimate. Repairs were completed as scheduled. She kept me informed throughout the process. Overall, I would say it was a very good experience. I will use her again in the future and would have no problems recommending her to someone else.

The pump on my pool had stopped working. I called Superior and they were able to add me to their schedule 2 days later. Jason, from Superior, was excellent. He arrived on time and was very personable. I decided to upgrade to a Variable Speed Pump and he took the time to setup and explain the new operation. I am very happy with the service & would recommend to others.
