"Workers arrived onsite within two hours of contacting company. Their assessment agreed with mine on which three heads needed replacement and which ones simply needed adjustment, so they didn't try to oversell parts. The yard work was accomplished with minimal disturbance to the turf, and the control unit was replace inside my garage in a timely manner. Ricki, the foreman, and his assistant were professional in appearance and conduct and they took the time to ensure that we were agreed on exactly what they would do. Note to Angie's List: of the three recommendations you gave me, this company was the only one who actually provided services in my community. Stenson Landscape & Irrigation and Discount Sprinkler Services do not service Waxahachie, TX. Therefore, I had no other estimates with which to compare, but the price charged by this company seemed reasonable to me.

"Greg and Kyle were honest, straight forward and great to work with. We called Greg at Sprinkler Solutions to get a quote for a Foundation Drip System. He came out on a timely manner, gave us a great competitive quote. We had them out to install the drip system and were completely satisfied with the work. A few weeks later, one of our sprinker valves broke and stayed on with the water flowing. I was unable to get it to stop, and I called Greg. He was there in 20 minutes later to help stop the problem heads spraying! We ended up getting them back out here to go ahead and finish the sprinkler revamp and fixing the problem valves. Kyle was the one leading the team fixing and did a great job of answering questions, pointing out the problem. Honestly, if you need any type of sprinkler issues solved, stop searching and go with Greg and Kyle. They are quality gentlemen who care about serving the needs of their customers in the best capacity and way, without breaking the bank or taking advantage.

"On Saturday July 2, 2016 we had SOD installed in our entire front yard. &nbsp;Our sprinklers however were not up to the task of watering and keeping this expensive project alive. &nbsp;Lucky for us I found Southern Comfort Lawn. &nbsp;I called Bryan on Tuesday 7/5/16 and ask how long it would be to get help. &nbsp;After telling him my problem, he said he would be here in 1 hour/ &nbsp;REALLY ! <br>He showed up a he said, surveyed the problem and gave me a cost to fix. &nbsp;I agreed and he went right to work. <br>We are 100% good to go now, grass is happy and we are also. <br>NOTE: Bryan, also did a considerable amount of work on some tree and vine areas in our back yard, rewired the sprinkler control box so the order of watering was correct. Loaded a couple of items in our truck we could not lift, and DID NOT chaqqrge us for any of this. <br>If you need help and quality honest service this guy is it. &nbsp;Call him.

"They arrived on time that the two people they sent were very friendly and professional. They diagnosed and corrected the problem. My controller failed and the fix was a replacement. They installed the new controller and adjusted the entire system. I, however, have two issues which impacted my rating. 1) Cost - They charged $115 more than the price for the unit on Amazon. Had I known that at the outset, I would have bought one online and installed it myself. In addition, they changed a couple of sprinkler heads for me - the parts were triple the cost of buying them myself at Home Depot or Lowes. If there were not a labor charge, I would not have cared; however there was a $100 labor charge as well. 2) They connected my rain sensor up improperly. I realized this quite quickly and called the main office. The person who answered the phone insisted they did not make a mistake and was very confident I was wrong. I described, in detail, how I know it was wrong, but the person was sure it was me with the issue. She suggested I wait as it had recently rained and she was convinced that was the reason I felt it was done improperly. A couple of days later, I pulled out the installation manual for my rain sensor and - I was right. The technician wired it incorrectly. The cost and the slightly condescending way I was spoken to when I called about the sensor is why I will choose another service provider in the future.
