I’ll start out with the brief highlights, and provide more details below: Great price. Great product quality. High quality materials. Very satisfied. I walked through my requirements / requests with Holly at the beginning. She offered some very helpful ideas, provided a bid and we came to an agreement. The bid was extremely competitive compared to others that I received. Once the agreement was made, Jesus (team lead) was on the ground with a crew in less than a week. I am very detail oriented, have done some carpentry, and had lots of questions for Jesus, in retrospect, probably too many. Jesus did a good job of answering my questions (all with a good attitude) all along the way. Where we had decision points, he walked me through the options. We had a few communication misses along the way, but nothing that was a problem and nothing that wasn’t rectified. The deck cover simply turned out amazing. I had questions and concerns about how specific portions might look, which in the end turned out to be unfounded. The cover looks absolutely fantastic, and the coaching and guidance I received from Holly and Jesus were spot on. As with any project, there will be touch up, clean up, and the potential for minor collateral damage along the way. Jesus and team spent a significant amount of time on touchup and clean up to make sure that the deck cover looked fantastic and that the prior standing structures surrounding the cover looked good after the work. When walking through the final punch list prior to the final touch up, Holly actually found several small touch-up items that I had missed (I thought I had been pretty thorough!) Any delays that were encountered in the job were minor and were completely reasonable, in most cases necessary (eg. rain). They did not impact my overall timeline. The pool house / shed work entailed removing the old fence surround the pool shed, removing an old portion of concrete slab and building a structure surrounding the shed. Needless to say, Jesus and team had to be flexible in doing the job as was unknown exactly where the underground pool pipes were. Also, I had requirements that the equipment be fully accessible via 2 full sides of the shed. I had some concerns about how some of the features would look, partially due to the constraints that they had to work around. In the end, the team spent a large amount of time making sure they delivered a quality product that I was fully satisfied with. It was a job that really could not have had a template, and the team did a good job being flexible, providing answers and information to me, and listing to my concerns / ideas. The pool house sits right beside the deck cover, and they look outstanding together. The products I received were a simply a GREAT value for the money. They look very clean and professional, are very high quality, and we can’t wait to enjoy them this Spring going forward. I would use Heavenly Landscape's services again, and highly recommend them to other purchasers.

I made contact with Keith almost a year ago when we were in the process of building our new home. As soon as the home was finished, I was going to construct a swimming pool and pool house. My wife found Keith on the internet, I researched his operation as good as I could, and we made the decision to use him. There was a lot of planning, permits, and HOA to deal with. I managed to work my way through all of that and then finally we built the pool. When the pool was built we had the slab poured for the building and small storage shed at the same time. Keith began his buildings three weeks after the concrete was poured. Keith and his crew did a great job on the entire project. They are some of the finest people I have ever met. They are experienced, hard workers, and go out of their way to help. I have been in construction my entire life and I can tell you they build a quality building. If you want cheap, you need to go to Lowes or Home Depot. Everything he says in his adverising is correct. He builds in excess of recognized standards. My wife and I are very pleased and proud of our new pool facility and storage. The pool house is 12' by 16' with a 5' porch, and the storage building is 4' by 10'.

Outback did a great job! They were prompt and cleaned up after the job well. The work was done in exactly the time frame that was promised and they gladly complied with some changes we made as the job progressed.

The room addition, covered walkway and the cedar cabana work went EXCELLENT. The owner Rob is great to work with and very reliable with follow through and "changes" we made along the way. He is punctual and his workers very professional. Job came in on time and our home is beautiful

We are very pleased with our experience at Ulrich Barns. The shed was built exceptionally well and the delivery guy was very patient and placed the shed exactly where we wanted it! We're very happy with our shed!

We had a great experience with Sheds by Keith! The "shed" exceeded our expectations. I actually have a hard time calling it a "shed" because it is such high quality that it is more like a little house. The quality of construction is excellent and I would recommend Sheds by Keith to anyone. Keith and his wonderful crew arrived right on time every day and were all very kind, courteous and professional. Kevin came out and measured on a Saturday. We had just finished leveling the lot. We had a few branches that we trimmed to finishing preparations to the site. We staked out the shed location, leaving 24" open along the back and side. The price was very reasonable. On the day of construction, the shed was up in just a few hours. I had DFW Shed paint my shed too. I provided the paint (2 gallons exterior latex, 1 gallon oil-based for the trim and metal). The shed was painted the next day. We are very pleased with the outcome! The shed looks great.

I was in the market for a storage shed, therefore, in researching the internet for storage sheds I located Custom Sheds by Keith. I contacted Keith and requested a quote for a 10 x 16 shed. He promptly provided me a quote and he also provided me a list of A La Carte items which he provides as a option for customers to review and consider in order to meet their individual needs. We agreed on a shed plan, Keith and his crew started and completed the construction as promised. Keith and his crew were very professional, and an awesome team. The shed was custom built in accordance with city and the HOA requirements. The HOA basically restricted the height of the shed to be no taller than my fence height (8') and could not be seen from the street. Keith did a great job in meeting the HOA requirements and providing a well constructed shed that meets my needs. Keith and his crew were professional, punctual, kept a clean work site. I have waited approximately 4 months before posting this review in order to assure that there were no issues with the construction. There have been no issues with the shed since it was built. The city inspector also commented that the shed was very well constructed.

My wife and I could not be happier with our new shed. Keith and his team did a fantastic job! My neighbor has a shed next to it in the other yard, and there is no comparison to the build quality. Austin, William, and Richard were so friendly and polite. They customized the shelves inside to my exact specifications. I just could not be happier! Although this shed was more expensive than other brands. There is no question that you get what you pay for. This shed was built ground up, piece by piece. Much better than a shed kit.

Kevin came out on a Saturday and measured for the shed. I told him I wanted a low profile shed that blends into the yard. We agreed on an 8'x8' shed with a low pitched roof. He had had a cancelation and said they could install it the following Wednesday. All I had to do was buy the paint. Everything went as planned and the shed was up and painted when I got home from work on Wednesday. The paint color was a tree bark grey and it looks fabulous. It's a great shed really high quality, and level (I measured) on a slopping yard. The lock seems sturdy enough to me, but I personally would not hold them responsible if someone broke into my yard and then broke into the shed. I would definitely use them again.

I like the choices that they had and the timeliness of when they came out and did the build and the pricing.

Ifound Keith's Sheds shortly after I started shopping for sheds. The price was higher than I wanted to pay. So I shopped hard for a stock shed in the dimensions and style I wanted. It didn't exist. The other problem is that with EVERY other shed I looked at the quality just wasn't there. I would have settled for "okay" quality, but I learned the "stock" shed business is very competitive and they use low-grade building materials to stay competitive. Even some of the display sheds I looked at were not holding up well. In the end, I decided to bite the bullet and hire Keith's Sheds to build me exactly what I wanted. I am accustomed to working with all types of contractors....Home builders, roofers, plumbers, landscapers, etc...I have learned to have very low expectations as far as their ability to communicate. So I was genuinely impressed with how hard Keith worked to communicate professionally. He called when he said he would call, he came when he said he would come, the guys showed up when he said they would, there were zero gray areas as to exactly what I was going to get and exactly how much it would cost. I would classify my custom shed as a large garden shed. I actually enjoyed having them around for the day. These guys worked hard. Having spent years in the home-building business, I know craftsmen when I see them. These guys were like Amish craftsmen. Every time I use my shed, I marvel at it's quality. I have zero doubt that 25 years from now, the doors will still be hanging straight and the shed won't be leaning. Anyone who is struggling with the decision to spend a little extra, let me give you some advice. Whatever stock shed you are looking at multiply it's price by 3 then compare it the cost of Keith's shed. Because Keith's shed will last longer than 3 of those other sheds. I'm planning to retire in my home so at the end of the day, the decision to buy Keith's was easy. So glad I did.
