  Joel and Broderick of Tender Lawn Care did an excellent job in removing and installing new side walks at our home. They had to remove a cement sidewalk and replace with brick pavers and then remove stepping stones and reuse in sidewalk. Joel, especially takes time to ensure a quality job and ensures that the final product looks perfect when finished. There was some weather delay but the job took about four days to complete. When finished the project was better than we actually planned and could have anticipated

  I purchased this promotion as I've been trying to revialize a slightly out of shape yard. Tuff Turf Molebusters appears to have good reviews and the price was a draw. After buying the promotion I received a message from the company within the next few days asking to give them a call back so a time could be selected for the service. The cost of the aeration did end up about $20 more (around $60 total), as they mentioned that my yard at 1/5 an acre was larger than the promotion covered. I didn't feel this was a big issue. I ended up selecting a date that was about a week away. The individual on the phone seemed courteous enough. I took a risk, and was not around during the hours that the service was completed. I made sure they were aware of this when scheduling. Came home later and was relatively satisfied with the work. There weren't any missed spots in my weirdly shaped yard and most the aeration holes were fairly clean. The grass was torn up in a few spots but I'm going to attribute that more to the state of my lawn. The plugs that come up are unsightly but mulch back in the yard within a few weeks. Overall, worth it

  This was a Big Deal offered by Angie's List. Tuff Turf Molebusters contacted me immediately once I signed up and paid through Paypal. The asked me a few questions to make sure I didn't have an invisible fence or lawn sprinklers and any other miscellaneous hidden items they may encounter. They also inquired if I had a fenced in yard and the width of the gate entrance for their machine. They were very thorough with their questions and explanations, which made me feel comfortable as I was not able to be there when the service was performed. They explained they will text and email me one week prior to the service and then again the day before the service. They did do that and explained everything again through the emails. They even provided me an alternate date if weather prohibited them from coming on the original date. They even provided me a picture of the tech they were sending out. Tuff Turn Molebusters were there the day they said they would be and I could see the results when I got home. However there was no mess on the sidewalks or drive, it was all contained in the lawn. Very professional and easy to work with. They did what I hired them to do and it certainly was a deal at $47. Should I ever need any of their other services, I would definitely give them a call

  I purchased a discounted offer. They called prior to appointment and made suggestions for pre appt prep. They called to confirm and offered seed at time of aeration. I declined the extra service and they didn't hassle me, which was nice. I flagged my sprinklers and had no issues with sprinklers after. They left a care package on my door and left. Their website and lawn care suggestions are very helpful to me (1st time home buyer/yard owner) I was very please with their service and would definitely recommend them as well as rehire them in the future!
