We always use Roby's for plumbing. Usually can get someone out the same day you call and they work quickly. They wound up having to come out three times to fix the problem (it was a tricky issue - not because of negligence), but they were responsive and punctual. Frankly, they could have just told us to get a new toilet, but they stayed on it and figured out what was wrong, ultimately saving us a lot of money since we didn't have to purchase a new one. Charged us only for the first trip, not the other two. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I noticed a leak in my crawl space, which I identified as coming from a toilet line. I called Village Plumbing to schedule service, and I was able to get a plumber the same day I called (without requesting emergency service)! The plumber arrived and diagnosed the problem was a cracked flange. Repair required removal of the toilet, replacement of the flange, and resealing of the toilet. The plumber provided a cost proposal, I accepted, and work began. He had a drop mat to place the toilet on during repair, and took care of the job. At the conclusion, he showed me the cracked flange that was replaced. The work was completed the same day I called in a professional manner.

I RECEIVED A BILL FROM REX MAY TO FIX MY TOILET LEAK. THE PROBLEM INVOLVED CHANGING A $2.25 3/8 SUPPLY LINE THAT TOOK ALL OF 15 MINUTES. LATER, THAT SAME EVENING, WHEN THE TECHNICIAN HAD LEFT, I NOTICED THAT THE TOILET STILL LEAKED. I INFORMED REX MAY THE NEXT DAY AND A PLUMBER WAS SENT BACK OUT TO CORRECT IT. THE TOILET IS NOW FIXED. HOWEVER, I WAS SURPRISED AND DISAPPOINTED TO FIND THAT A CHARGE OF $85.00 FOR LABOR WAS ASSESSED! I UNDERSTAND THAT THEIR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE REQUIRES COMPENSATION, BUT TO BE CHARGED $85.00 FOR LABOR THAT CONSISTED OF 15 MINUTE WORK SEEMED RATHER HIGH! I AM ALSO AWARE THAT THEIR TECHNICIAN, UPON COMING BACK THE SECOND TIME, NOTICED THAT THE FLUSH MECHANISM IN OUR TOILET WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND CAUSED THE TANK TO FILL UP INCORRECTLY.

Recent Review: They came unprepared for two toilets but I had told the person on the phone two were not working. This took me extra time away from my work. After I expressed my unhappiness at waiting to get the second one fixed the plumber finally decided it was a short drive to his office to get more parts. The second guy was very pleasant to work with and actually did the work. Very nice young gentleman.

Recent Review: Let me sing the praises of Danny Phillips! I was quoted $75 to snake a slow flushing toilet. The price was on par or lower than other quotes. Other quotes immediately tried to soften me up to the idea of a new toilet. Not Mr. Phillips. He said during the estimate that he'd do everything he could to get the existing toilet working. As I had guests coming for the weekend he fit me right into his schedule the next day. He called and was right on time. Friendly and affable, he went right to work, and worked up a sweat snaking the toilet. That did not solve the problem. The problem, it turned out, was that calcium had built up just inside the hole in the toilet where the water, etc., egresses. He scaled off the build-up by hand and got the toilet working again. This extra work came at NO extra charge. (Recall the estimate was to snake the toilet.) He also told me how to treat the bowl with a solution to completely get rid of the mineral build-up in the bowl of the toilet. This I did the next day and now have a toilet like new. I RECOMMEND DANNY PHILLIPS WITHOUT HESITATION.

Recent Review: It went very well! Defianetly would have them back out again. Matt came out and looked at my toilet as it was leaking from the base and gave me estimate on pulling the toilet and replacing the wax ring under the toilet and set it back. The pricing was good and set a time to have a tech come out the next day. Jay showed up the next day and came in and had it fixed in no time. Back toilet had not been filling up well after flushing and talked about things I could do without cleaning out the line.
