Serviced tankless water heater for regular system flushing, did quick inspection of plumbing inside house, even to time to replace a dishwater hose I had on hand, but had not gotten around to installing.   I bought countless GE heating elements from this provider for over 15 years especially my elderly mother loves to cook soup. My elderly mother is a gourmet chef who believes in old fashioned way of cooking, not using pressure cooker. Especially when she cook soup, sometimes can go on two or three hours. I bought her GE electrical old fashioned coil stove a long time ago and seems like she always have the same problem, burned heating elements and occasionally destroyed the metal coils. I know that this company has been around for many years, and many appliance repairmen go there to buy their parts but also open to public. When I visited this little cozy front office, the staffs always give friendly personal care. I was always happy that the GE element part that I need is always available so that I could cashed and carry out on the spot. When I explained to staff, Gary regarding my poor family situation and ask for a compassionate rate, I was so grateful that extraordinary compassionate Gary honored special rate for my poor family. It meant a lot to me since I have to pinch of pennies to support my poor family. We are so lucky to have this extraordinary provider existed in the north side for many many years. I am so relieved that I can buy a GE heating element from this provider with a compassionate rate and B&B Appliance owner John Benny said that he'd be glad to replace the burned GE element with a compassionate rate as well to help out my poor family. These two extraordinary service providers are my elderly 90 year old mom's guardian angels because they take care of her precious baby (old GE stove) so she can enjoy cooking for the rest of her life. My elderly mother owned upscale restaurants all her life and she's a gourmet chef, who is still enjoying cooking for her family which is good for her mind and physical health. Instead of buying new appliances, it is possible to try to be frugal and highly recommend to hang on to the existing appliance as long as possible and find the parts and someone to install with a reasonable and affordable rate. Especially my mom loves to cook oxtail soup and making bone broth which require two to three hours of cooking and I don't think new modern Flatop stove is strong enough and as good as old fashioned GE six coil electric stove

  Brian arrived right on time as always. He came to do periodic maintenance on our tankless water heater. I asked him a question about our 20 year old sump pump and the advisability of replacing it. Without pressured talk he explained that our pump was long past its expected lifetime and told us of improvements in the technology. We decided right away to get a new sump pump and in less than an hour it was installed and operating. It was a pleasure working with Brian and we look forward to seeing him at our next periodic maintenance appointment

  My poor elderly mother whirlpool dryer broke down. I requested dozen of referrals from Angi's member specialist, I called them all and explained to them my poor mother's financial situation that she is only receiving a small amount of social security check. The owner, Mr. John Benny seemed like trustworthy and compassionate. I explained to him the problem of the dryer, John seemed to have a lot of experience and is knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem over the phone and he provided two options of parts to be replaced. When I explained to him my mom's financial situation I felt like he gave me the best pricing to help my mom. He came and diagnosed the problem right away and then told me that he was so glad that my mom needed the cheaper part which is the broken one and not the more expensive part. I was so moved by his extraordinary compassion to look after my poor mother's interest. He was very kind and honest man. When he said that he'll move here to get closer to her beloved daughter, I said that he must be a very caring and loving father. So I admired him even more. He was an excellent appliance repairman and use genuine whirlpool part. My mom has been living in this home over 25 years and no other past appliance repairmen cared about it or mentioned about the long vent hose in the back. John was honest and looking after my elderly mother's interest not only recommended to shorten the vent hose but he shorten it for us even if it is not part of the job. After he shorten the vent, he said that the clothes will dry faster, it will save more energy and it will be more convenient to use. I was so grateful that he was looking after my mom with an extra mile. I explained to him that my elderly mother's electrical GE stove heating element is often burnt out because my mom loved to cook soup. I asked him how much he's gonna charge for the labor to replace the heating element but I provide the part and then I was very happy to hear that he was glad to help my mom with a special rate. Thanks to Angi's member specialist, again, I found the best company who I could build a nice friendship. I highly recommend this company. I always asked for as many referrals as possible from Angi's member specialist, then I called them all and compared them but I always have a better luck to choose the best, honest and most compassionate company. It is very important that homeowners must do their homework diligently to find the best company to hire

  It went well. Good communication, reasonable pricing, and was able to fix the problem. Only downside was time to order part needed, but that is just the world we live in these days. Once part got delivered he was out next day to finish repair. Would recommend and use again if needed.
