Very professional with good service and an honest, straightforward and friendly business approach. Carefully explained just what I was receiving for the money and carefully examined the entire area to be insulated before making a quote. Arrived on the agreed upon day and immediately explained all that she would be doing and offered for me to inspect and check as I wanted. Provided a sample of the insulation beforehand and showed the actual packages to confirm authenticity. When finished, thoroughly cleaned up and vacuumed all areas touched by the equipment and hose. As indicated previously, Michelle is of high integrity and delivers as promised. Will use her again if ever have an insulation need.

Duct X provided me with a chimney sweep and fireplace crack repair. Their scheduling was quick and their technician showed up just on time. Michael explained the whole process in great simplicity which made me stay in the loop. Jose and his crew replaced my existing single phase system with a new variable speed system that is quieter and more energy efficient. Jose's quote was the least expensive of four offers I received for similar 3 ton variable speed systems. They got me on their schedule within two business days after I agreed to move forward. The installation took a bit longer than I or they expected, but they got it done and did not charge any extras. On the second day the system wasn't cooling as expected. I let Sherman (the technician who installed it) know and he came out the same day to address the issue. He made the fix, admitting that he had wired the system for a different 14 SEER rating when it was a 16 SEER one. I've had no issues the past week and I am very happy with the new system. I will be using J and Andy's to service my other system, and I would definitely recommend them.
