Wil called me less than 5 minutes after my search and request for a quote! He actually made an appointment with me for 2 hours later despite a busy schedule! Extremely professional and the cleanup and treatment could not have gone faster or smoother. He squeezed us in during the holiday season so we could oblige a banking requirement on a timely basis! Awesome!!!!

Wilbur called me the same day I requested a quote for his expertise. Within a few hours he was at my apartment verifying that there is in fact black mold growing in my carpeting and wrote me up a report to submit to my landlord as I am pregnant and need this matter addressed. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about resolving the predicament I am in. I would recommend his service to anyone and will most definitely be utilizing him for mold remediation in my next home

Office communicated. Had a signed contract with pricing for the install. I was able to pay via credit card very easily over the computer. Installer was professional and cleanliness up after himself. Owner called to verify my satisfaction with the work. Post radon test was below the allowed amount of radon. Highly recommend this company

The structural/electrical/plumbing inspector was fantastic. He spent over 4 hours going through every inch of the home, provided immediate in-person feedback showing significant issues, and followed up <48 hours later (on a holiday weekend) with a 133-page report with pictures, thermal scans, etc. On a lesser note, the radon inspector showed for a few minutes during the structural inspection and set-up measurements in the basement. The report was issued quickly but I found out later that the radon inspector had not taken into consideration the attached (inaccessible) crawlspace that made up 25% of the lower structure. I found out from a radon remediation contractor that the state code required the radon inspector to measure levels on the 1st floor above the crawlspace in cases where the substructure could not be accessed. Overall, the huge amount of time the structural inspector put into the property was worth the A rating. Just watch the radon inspection if you have a strange basement set-up like the house I am purchasing

everything went well.. great service at my location,,, only issue was that first time I call had to leave a message to return my call for service.. waited around 2 weeks, never got a call back..so I called again and was able to speak to someone.. I guess there answering service went bad... or I fell thru the cracks.

From estimation of cost to a plan for completion, Environquest exceeded my expectations. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner with courtesy and explanations that I could understand. The worksite was left neat and clean by the installers of the system of mitigation. I was especially pleased by the individualization of placement based on my basement configuration. All vents, motors were placed in an efficient, thoughtful, and unobtrusive manner. They considered the color of my house and matched the down spout with my spoutin

Great. I have an old house built in 1905 with stone foundation walls and another part with cinderblock walls. After learning the difference between their WaterGuard and crack repairs and what other companies do, I chose them because their upgraded products and ideas really made sense and I was willing to pay a few bucks more for better stuff and a good company. They ended up being the middle guy in cost, but way better quality I think

At first not so well. I had a passive system currently installed and I was hoping making it active would solve my radon issues; note my radon levels were off the charts at around 130 pCi/L. Mike and son showed up on time and performed the work quickly and efficiently. They needed access to my attic in which they added a fan to my passive system, did some sealing around my sump and added a manometer. Total time of around 1 hour. Unfortunately though running efficiently, this only brought my readings down to around 75 pCi/L. Cost of 1st install was $765 Mike and son came back out again and installed another suction point, including drilling and installing 4" pvc, another fan, and another manometer. Total time of around 1.5 to 2 hours. Again on time and done efficiently. Both times they cleaned up everything and were respectful of my house. Luckily this time it worked, bringing my levels down to around 1 pCi/L. Cost of 2nd install was $965

I have a five year old radon mitigation system installed in my house. In July 2019, I conducted a radon test that resulted in a reading high enough for me to seek guidance regarding what to do going forward, if anything. I called Precision and spoke to Selina, who couldn't have been more helpful! She walked me through my possible options, and she reassured me that my reading, while not perfect, is not a terrible reading either. If I need to schedule an inspection or install another radon mitigation system for any reason, I will call Precision back! If I could go back in time, I'd ask Precision to install my system
