  This is an UPDATED REVIEW. My original review was posted on 10/16/2020 with a F rating. After that, the company got in contact with my wife and I to offer the opportunity to correct our previous bad experience, they even offered a 10% discount off of the original price quoted. We accepted, made payment and services was performed on 11/19/2020. Christian and James both showed up, James personally apologized for the prior hiccups and assured we’d be satisfied. The Mold Remediation was done on 11/19 and Christian returned the next morning for some additional stain removal. We are satisfied with the service given and are even looking to rehire them to some work they recommended

  Will was amazingly honest. He explained what the potential for mold damage could be; he explained full and partial remediation possibilities. In the end he also said his visual inspection didn't really warrant remediation unless we wanted to be especially sure - say if someone had respiratory issues. He told me what to do with 2-3 very small spots that could be handled by us (in conformity with the EPA website). So we opted to do the self-treatment plan; he charged nothing. Would I hire him if needed? You bet. It's so rare to find someone who isn't over-promoting their services. Trust Will - we did

They researched to find additional information, and provided us with some great insight into the situation so we can reduce the risk of future mold spread on our own.   Jason Roberts cooridinated our project after he did a thorough evaluation of the situation. Jason was extremely knowledgable and professional. He was also very kind and pleasant. Jason helped develop a well-thought out plan of action to remediate a mold issue we found in a closet in our basement. Our family has some chemical sensitivities and Jason individualized his work to incorporate only the best environmentally-friendly products that are recommended for use with people that have known chemical sensitivities. I was extremely impressed and very happy with the great results of these products that Jason needed to use for the mold remediation, cleaning and carpet shampoo. <br /> <br />Jason explained his procedures and every aspect of his work to us. He was always so pleasant and eager to answer any questions we had along the way and provide helpful tips for us. Jason actually performed all of the work, along with his wife Amanda who completed all the cleaning so beautifully. Amanda did an absolute outstanding job of cleaning the basement. She is extremely organized and efficient with her excellent cleaning skills. Our basement is gorgeous now.   I began aware of a gentleman who was homeless and living in a open picnic pavilion close to my father's home. Winter was coming on and I made my 25 ft camper available to this man and told him he could use it for as long as he needed it. We were lucky enough to find a restaurant owner who lived close by who let him hook into his electric. The skylight was leaking over the bedroom hallway and the roof needed to be recoated. I had protected the camper from the leak by having a tarp on it. I had not used the camper for several years. I called Kevin to see if he would be interested in fixing the skylight and recoating the roof. He just charged me for the supplies which included a very durable upgraded coating that he said would last for years and the his cost for the skylight. He did the work for free. What a great person to know and work with. Cannot say more about this young man and his wife. Cost was around $300
