    They paid close attention to detail on all parameters, including a vaulted ceiling with tung-groove pine and long beam. The exterior was constructed to look like an original part of the 40+ year-old house. The crew was exceedingly polite, punctual, and professional. We have since contracted with this company for two more jobs: repairing and repainting the eaves and replacing an interior door between our kitchen and laundry room. We are left with beautiful work we truly appreciate and of which friends take notice. Worth every penny

    Selecting a contractor was the most nerve-wracking part of the whole experience. Armando is a Christian guy with high moral fiber. His crew has been with him for 18 years and that says a lot about the man. His recommendations for all the sub contractors that I used outside the ones he used all provided me with top-notch quality at more than fair price! I would recommend all except the plumber sub that Armando used. They did good work but did so at odd hours and assumed what I wanted that turned out to be wrong and they had to redo work that would've been avoided through dialog with myself. Armando was frustrated with them also by the time the project was over. The roofers, HVAC, electrician were all excellent. Note: Very important! For a project this big, make sure you hire an Architect first and have detailed plans done up to your liking BEFORE hiring a contractor! Armando recommended this when I first made contact with him even though I was planning on doing it regardless. This is the only way to get an accurate estimate. If not, the contractor will hire an architect AFTER the estimate and under cut the estimate too much causing cost overruns and multiple headaches. We used CeDans Architect LLC (Daniel Mendoza). He was awesome and drew up plans per my vision. He also tweaked our initial concept as a 2nd option--we went with his tweaked concept as it was a much better use of space and the roof line made the addition look as though it was part of the original house construction. Nice guy was there whenever we had questions and came out a couple times during construction and after it was done to view the work. Overall, I couldn't be happier

    I was very pleased with Mr. Mendoza from start to finish. He was punctual for the appointment to give an estimation. He checked everything out very carefully and asked pertinent questions. His estimate was well within reason. While on the job he was always punctual, got right to work and never wasted time, was EXTREMELY neat in his work and careful to always clean-up. The job covered one full day and 3 partial days. It was completed within a reasonable timeframe

    This is the second remodel DR Construction has done for us. Our experience was nothing short of wonderful both times. This remodel was a complete redo of a bathroom to make a roll-in shower for an elderly woman. They had to take the room down to the studs and had to break concrete to move plumbing. The work was done quickly and with great craftsmanship. We couldn't be more pleased and will definitely cal DR Construction again

    This is my second renovation project with the company.&nbsp; The first was updating my two bath rooms last year.&nbsp; I could not be more pleased with Nu-Tec's work and their employees and I would most definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone. <br> <br>They arrive promptly at 8 am every morning and work until at least 4 pm, later if necessary to finish something they are working on.&nbsp; They are very careful to protect the rooms, fixtures and furniture in the path of the project.&nbsp; They recognize that I'm living in the house at night and&nbsp;over the weekend when they are gone, so they leave the work areas as accessible as possible in their absence.&nbsp; They also cleanup their work area in the garage every evening to allow me to put my car inside over night.&nbsp; <br> <br>Each of the employees&nbsp;hass a great deal of pride in his craftsmanship, which results in a high quality finished project.&nbsp; When removing the microwave to replace the backsplash behind it, they discovered that the exhaust fan was poorly installed.&nbsp; They replaced the ductwork and reinstalled it properly at no additional charge.&nbsp; There were other small improvements outside the scope of the project which they also took care of.&nbsp; Their attention to details ensure a completed project that not only&nbsp;meets&nbsp;expectations, but also exceeds them. <br> <br>All the employees are very pleasant people who I am totally comfortable having in my house, whether I am home or away. <br

    So one day i saw the roof from the inside and it was dripping and the popcorn paint was coming off, so i called mr gardea, and i explained to him the problem, he came in the next day he saw it, and he explained what he can do, what he can change, and how long it will take to finish the job inclyiding painting, and i was pretty surprised we how long and everything, it lasted 4-5 days and afterwards he was following up with the job, asking if no dripping or any more problems, i was super happy with his work and i will contract him again for anything i cant do at my hom

    Torres Construction LLC was referred by a neighbor here in Port St. Joe Beach, Fl. After contacting Mr. Torres a meeting time was set for the following day. Mr. Torres arrived promptly, he was courteous and he came prepared to discuss the outdoor patio shower. First, he listened to our ideas and answered our questions regarding the design and materials available. He then showed pictures of outside showers he had constructed in our area and guided us on the preferred materials for a beach area. After deciding the type shower we liked, he then prepared a quite reasonable and acceptable estimate. Surprisingly, he was prepared to begin the project the next day. The quality and craftsmanship in the finished shower were excellent. In fact, his company will now begin on our kitchen renovation and interior painting projects. I highly recommend Mr. Torres and his company for any construction projects in your future. It has been a pleasure working with Mr.Torres and the professional work his company provides.
