    Louis and his team were wonderful. They made the whole process stress-free and even enjoyable. Louis is so well organized and made sure that each step happened as quickly as possible. As soon as one step was finished, the inspector was there within a few days so they could move on to the next step. From framing to floors to backsplash to heating and lighting, all of their work was high quality. Every team member was extremely professional, and Louis was always available to communicate about each step and decisions that needed to be made. We really couldn't have been happier with their professional work and would recommend Perfectview Remodeling to anyone. Thank you so much to Louis and your team.     Quality of workmanship was superior. They said they would treat our home as their own and they certainly did that. Thorough, responsive to our questions and Express Painting did everything they promised they would do. They were also exceptionally clean and created no dust from a lot of interior sanding.     My project involved a full kitchen and bathroom renovation in my 100+ year old house. It came with all the challenges of an older home, complete with uneven walls and floors, original plaster, and strangely shaped rooms / layout. Leo was very attentive, detail oriented, and always wanted to be sure I was happy with the decisions needed. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or increase the scope of the project for his own gain. Along the way there were things I added to the scope, but he was always helpful in deciding what was needed or made sense to do vs. something not needed or that might be overinvesting. He was very diligent and detail oriented in all aspects of the job. The project involved leveling and sheet rocking walls and ceilings, new tile throughout the bathroom, new tub, installation of shower doors, removal of an exterior window (and residing exterior to cover the area, which was done seamlessly), new sinks, vanity, mirrors, and fixtures, and a slew of other details I’m probably leaving out. It was a challenging space and came out great! Much of the same was needed in the kitchen, but it also included new cabinets, counters, backsplash, and framing out a very weird wall so the cabinets and appliances would make sense and be even. He also painted all of rooms and left the house clean and beautiful. He was always polite and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again for another similar project in the future

    Lux Renovations made the entire basement remodel process easy and painless. There was always someone around to address questions and concerns. The materials used during the remodel are a high quality so I know that I will never have to do work on my basement again.     Weberson and his team were absolutely fantastic! We hired them to paint our brand-new, 4800 sq. ft. home. They were extremely professional, and Weberson's flexibility was amazing. As unforeseen issues would arise (as is the case with new construction) with other subcontractors, the team was understanding and accommodating, shifting their schedules when needed. Their daily positive attitudes, attention to detail and cleanliness made them a pleasure to have in our home. They were always punctual, respectful and friendly, which goes a long way in enhancing the experience. Weberson was adamant about providing the best service possible, and was never once rude or off-putting when I had questions. I can not say enough good things about him or his team. We will absolutely be using him to paint the exterior trim of our home in the future, as well as any interior touch-ups once our kids inevitably nick up our trim, etc. with their toys.     Wonderful experience! We highly recommended Romel and Roka Home Services. He did amazing job painting our kitchen, master bedroom, two baths and made our front door look like new! Last Spring he also painted all of the trim at our summer cottage along with the porch...and we love it! His pricing is very reasonable...especially with the quality of work done. He arrived every morning at the same time and was so patient with us when when deciding on the right colors. All work was done in a timely manner and he is a neat as pin. You will be happy that you found such a trusted and talented painter not to mention a really nice guy...we will definitely hire Romel and Roka Home Services again
