Excellent. After multiple attempts by other contractors to correct the flooding in my basement, Wet Basement Waterproofing was the only company to figure out and correct the problem. I haven’t had a drop of water in my basement since and it’s been over 4 years now.

I highly recommend Assaf Horenstein from Invictus Public Adjusters. He patiently guided my elderly parents with their insurance claim. The insurance claims process is confusing to most people, but for the elderly, it is almost impossible. I am very satisfied with Assaf Horenstein professionalism, patience and of course the ultimate outcome

Excellently. I could not ask for more. I'm a landlord, and my previous tenant trashed the place, with the electricity having been shut off for months by the time I got in there. The place was musty, dirty, damp, and had four couches in a 1200 square foot house, including one in the basement. (I mean, really, who has four couches?) Dogs were left and a good samaritan let them out and took them to be adopted. But just imagine the problems with smell and such. Pioneer got there two days sooner than anticipated and cleaned it out in day. They were sensitive to my needs as a landlord who needed to get it rented ASAP. They got it done and fast. Again, I could not have asked for anything more

All of the work was excellent. Lou was easy to work with. He kept me updated through the whole project so I always knew where things stood. He started work within 2 days of his original estimate and finished the work on time. If/when I have more work to do, I plan to go right back to PerfectView.

Overall, the work on our home is exceptional. We believe Professional Home Builders stands by their company description. Everything is spelled out and itemized. The cost is accurate and they stay true to the original costs. If anything changes it is optional for the home owner and you are allowed to make your own decisions without pressure. The work is consistent and the quality measures up tremendously. The crew consists of professional tradesman who follow through with Victor's plan which shows in their work. They showed up on time and cleaned up before they went home. Altogether we feel this is an honest company and we will be using Professional Home Builders & Design LLC for all of our contracting needs. Thank you, Mr. & Mrs Mike Gome

First, their work is incredible, our floor had rotted wood and old linoleum that was from the mid 50's. So as you can imagine it didn't look good at all. But the new flooring is stunning and changed the entire look of the bathroom. The shower was a major upgrade as well, The shower and bath was from the mid 50's as well so the finish was ruined and the tile on the walls was beyond repair because of all the wear and tear over the years. Same with the toilet. Everything is modernized and beautiful. Second, the workers were so nice I was home, sick and they all were nice and each of them said hi but were totally respectful to me. Third, they were great with our pets My dog is either in my room with me when they were here or she is crated if I leave. Ken made sure that he knew her name and called up to her when they got here the first day and said hi, which was super sweet because schatzki (my dog) is super protective of my dad and I. Also especially with our cat, He is very curious and crawled into the walls since they were open from one day to another, so I wrote a note asking them to check if he was in there before they started and thank god they did because he was in their. Definitely would recommend their services, couldn't be more pleased

When a pipe bursts you don't have any time to do a lot of research, which is why I am SOO glad I have Angies List to rely upon. WIth a very short time to react, I immediately went on Angies List and pulled up a list of Water Restoration companies near our office. Discreet came up with high marks and I decided to call them first. Josh was fast to respond and had his guys there within 20 minutes. Professional, neat and equipped with the right equipment to tackle the job and dry us out right. Very attentive and up front. Explained the process from start to finis

We had a lot of mold growth on our basement walls from a long overdue water intrusion problem. Tom and his team were very knowledgeable on how to safely remove the mold and make sure it doesn’t come back! We can finally use our basement again knowing the air we breath is safe!

I would hire John again not only because he's talented at what he does and so are the people who work for him but also because when there was a big bump in the road he handled himself with the utmost professionalism. First, my elderly parents had water damage to their sun room and kitchen. I interviewed four contractors for the work and chose John because he was straight forward about what could be done. I didn't have a sense that he was taking advantage of my ignorance in all things construction. For example, he didn't recommend ripping out and replacing the entire kitchen ceiling paneling as one contractor did. Instead, he felt just repainting the ceiling would be a lower cost approach and would probably work out fine. Second, the scope of the job. There were four parts: building a new built-in bookshelf, cleaning and staining damaged posts and beams, painting the entire kitchen ceiling, and removing and replacing water damaged ceiling paneling and fabric in the sun room. John had three guys working for him. A painter, a woodworker, and an assistant. All three were courteous and positive as opposed to rude when I noticed some detail that seemed a bit off and needed tweaking. They cleaned up after themselves and the pace of the work was fine. I'd asked that I always be called first before they came over and John always did. The kitchen painting, the staining and the new book shelf construction all went well and I was very pleased. The woodworker not only rebuilt the bookshelf to make it look like the original one he improved upon the original by making one side of the bookshelf complement the jagged lines of the adjacent stone chimney when before there was no meticulous interlocking of stone and wood. Three: the bump in the road. The trickiest part of the work was saved for last; that was, the restoration of the two damaged ceiling panels in the sun room. The concerns were: could we get the fiber glass backing and how would we age it to make the fabric that I had on hand match the other 28 panels? The sun room was built around 1967. While I had some pieces of spare fabric what would happen if the aging attempts failed and we needed more fabric? Where would we get more? Was it still in circulation? Or would we have to go with a new type of fabric which would mean replacing all 30 panels and not just the two? The woodworker was going to take on this challenge and at first he seemed eager. But then he took a vacation which was fine except that when he returned the pace and quality of his work was off. He wasn't showing up. He was leaving work debris around. His craftsmanship was average to poor. He seemed nervous. When he started trashing John stating he needed a helper I didn't say anything. I just thought he should be communicating this grievance to John directly and not to me. On what was his last day he gave me his card and told me he was going into business for himself and I let him go without a word. About a half hour later I called up John and told him the guy did a terrible job on the paneling, the level of his craftsmanship was totally off, and he left a mess. John came over promptly and ready to work. He didn't ask what was wrong he knew what was wrong and redid both panels himself. His craftsmanship was excellent. I could tell he was like a fish in water the way he worked the project. He took full responsibility for the woodworker's poor work and not only expressed his apologies verbally but he did a lot of extras around my parents' house to make it up to me. For example, my elderly mother slipped and broke her foot on a small staircase that goes into the sun room from the kitchen and was currently in a rehab center convalescing. I showed John where she fell. He went out to home depot and bought a simple drawer handle. He installed the inconspicuous-looking handle onto a beam to the side of the staircase and to this day mom holds onto it for balance when she's walking from the one room into the other every day. I could say more but I think the bottom line is John really tries to do the best he can for his customers. He can spot good workers and he responds professionally if they don't measure up
