Recent Review: By far the best a/c company I have ever worked with. We are so pleased with their work. They came in and fixed another company's mess. We had two brand new a/c's installed and the duct work and air flow was incorrect. It is now fixed, re-routed, a new return installed and all airflow for both units is absolutely perfect!!! Recent Review: THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY (WITHIN 24 HOURS) AND DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB. WE HAD BEEN TOLD PREVIOUSLY BY ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WE COULD DO NOTHING ABOUT THE AIR FLOW IN THE UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS, BUT BURKHOLDER FOUND A WAY TO REDIRECT THE AIR THROUGH THE DUCTS AND CREATED BETTER AIR FLOW.

Recent Review: Went very well and he straightened out one of the ducts that was twisted in the attic at an almost 90 degree angle. This made the air flow from the duct much more forceful. Also changed out the filters and checked both units. Added refrigerant to one of the units.

Recent Review: On-time, professional, knowledgeable and polite technicians. However, installation techs recommended duct work to better utilize the variable speeds and multi-stage compressor. This was not discussed during estimate. Requested a supervisor/manager to discuss this on-site, and issue was negotiated and resolved within couple hours. Negotiated a fair/good price for additional work. All work completed in a timely manner. Very satisfied with product, installation and performance. Somewhat dismayed by estimation without ductwork, but resolution was satisfactory to us. Beyer is a solid company.

Recent Review: Great experience. Forrest responded promptly to our inquiry and gave us some options when he came out to give us an estimate. Alot of damage had been done to the A/C ducts, and we couldn't afford to replace them all, so Forrest came up with an option that would work for us. He and his crew arrived right on time, and did a great job. Some of the rooms in our home were under renovation, and Forrest offered to come back out after we get to live in them a little more if the temperature needs adjusting in any of those rooms. On top of his professionalism, I was very impressed with him as a person. I was not feeling well when he and his crew left, and he called later in the evening to make sure I was okay. That's just a good person -- and the kind of person with whom I want to do business.

Recent Review: OK but they couldn't determine why one room on one side of the house was not cooing as well as the adjacent rooms. No leaks were found in the duct work. Our explanation was some of the duct work was redone when the kitchen was remodeled. This may have cause a reduced air flow to the room that wasn't cooling as well.

Recent Review: Our stand alone whole house dehumidifier is not bringing the humidity down even though it is running 24/7 . I called Craig Day and scheduled appointment to check it out. He arrived promptly. Diagnosed the problem and repaired efficiently. He asked me to keep track of the humidity levels and call in a couple of days to confirm that all is ok now. I have used this company for ALL AC and Heating and Dehumidifier installation and service for over 10 years. I can't imagine calling anyone else.
