He looked it over, and then explained in some detail why it didn't need removal, that it was structurally sound and was already repairing itself (a very slow process, apparently). He could easily have removed it and charged us a lot of money (it probably would have required a crain, given its location). They've earned my future business

    I've used Texas Trees before, and hired them again because they take the time to answer all my questions, and Mark Christy knows how to keep trees healthy. That said, I got upset when the workers cut what I thought was WAY more than what Mark had directed them to do, especially because they were trees belonging to my neighbors. The neighbors were OK with me paying for the trimming since they knew their trees were overgrown and interfering with our electrical power lines. Mark came back to our location to reassure me that he had indeed given those instructions, and the trees in question would re-sprout new growth that would provide shade without interfering with the wires. The crew worked quickly, was very polite, and cleaned up very well. I feel that my trees were in very good hands

    Mr Luna came by on a Sunday, gave an estimate, which we accepted They could do the work the next day, came at 9am, worked diligently through to noon and piled their trailer high with all the removed limbs and leaves. We liked that they sprayed sealant quickly after a cut and did not wait till the end of the job to do that. Cleaned up after themselves including blowing the entire roof and the yard front and back, left everything looking fresh and clean. We were happy with their professionalism and respectful behavior. Will hire them again when necessary.

Though I have used Teague's Tree Service several times over the years, I still got 2 other bids. Teague's was the best bid. The team arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently. They were friendly, but wasted no time chatting. Everything was cleaned up wonderfully and the job was completed in an appropriate time. Results were as promised and cleanup was outstanding. All tree limbs were run through their truck mounted chipper and remaining twigs and leaves were cleaned up and hauled away.
