We've used COIT in the past, and hadn't been too happy with the results. Tried Naturell based on Angie's list review. They answered the phone when I called (not all places do this believe it or not), gave me a quick quote, and scheduled the appointment the same week. The team of two showed up and were professional and pleasant. Quite simply and to the point, the carpets wound up being cleaner than I've seen them since we had them installed, which is no small feat with light-colored carpet, two young kids and black-haired dog. Their process resulted in nearly-dry carpets when done, which is a plus compared to the soaking wet carpets we've had from other providers. Better yet, my kids and dog weren't exposed to anything harmful.

Wonderful work by these guys. I was skeptical, but the process really does work, and like they promise, the drying time is soooo much less than with traditional wet carpet cleaners. They were prompt and quite thorough, actually moving some furniture themselves. No other carpet cleaner has ever done that (they usually just work around couches, etc.) The carpets look good again, and we will definitely use Naturell the next time we have to clean the carpets.

This company does an excellent job. They just took over the previous company and the people who own it now are a father and son. This company actually cleaned up my dog's vomit. This company does dry carpet cleaning and their work is excellent.

P & G Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning
We spent $125 on that work and it went really well. He showed up, helped me move thing and was very friendly. I left and came home and everything is beautiful and the employee has been with the company for 10 years and that says a lot about him. Their price was a little high, but I like their process and the carpets dry in a couple of hours. He got every spot up and I think he did a good job and was an hour before the window was up.

I have usually had carpet cleaning using the truck mounted vacuum system. The rotating brush method just seemend to grind dirt deeper into the carpet. This was relatively inexpensive because of the Angie's list discount and the fact that I only needed the one room cleaned, the living/dinining area. I orignially scheduled the work for Saturday bur moved it to Monday because I had guests coming and was worried obout having a wet carpet. The worker apparently didn't get the message and showed up Saturday and said that I shouldn't worry because it would dry in half an hour but he came back on Monday per my request. The bottom line is that it really did dry in half an hour and was very clean (and still is). I'm a believer and will use Naturell again, despite the corny name.

They were completely flexible about the cleaning appointment with after-hours and weekend appointments available at no extra cost. Cleaning was done quickly and thoroughly and this dry cleaning method doesn't seem to attract the dirt that wet cleaning does. Well done!

SAN JOSE DRY CARPET CLEANERS
Ok - not great. I heard good things about this service, but was disappointed. Carpet was NOT clean, dry and ready to use right away as advertised on website. There was also this sawdust looking stuff still in the carpet, which I was vacuuming up for months. I've had better results with my own steam cleaning machine, although I did like the fact that I wasn't the one doing the work. Price seemed high for 2 rooms.

Ofer explains everything in detail and gives his estimate. He does an excellent job. I have used him many times in the past. He provides information on carpet care and gives a bottle of carpet cleaner. He also provides plastic booties so that a person can walk on the wet carpet.

Recent Review: I like to have my carpets cleaned once a year and for the last at least 6-7 years have only used COIT. Ok, I lie, I used Stanley Steamer once when I in a pinch and couldn't get a time slot in time for my event, but my preference is COIT. I live in the Bay Area....my luck, the first time COIT cleaned my carpets they sent Martin out and I've requested him only ever since! Martin is professional, courteous and efficient! I have a small space with carpet, maybe 600 feet. There's a standard base that you will need to pay no matter how small of an area (not sure if that dollar amount varies from location to location), I don't qualify for any discounts and yes, the price does keep going up but that's to be expected. And I'll pay for it since I don't think I can get the same result and I'm not willing to try. Martin is usually here for not even 30 minutes tops and always manages to arrive early. So be prepared! On another note, I can imagine that good workers might be hard to find in this industry. Let's be brutally honest, would you choose to be a carpet cleaner as your profession? Hopefully their managers are treating them well at the least. These people are lugging equipment, coming into your personal space and providing a service. A service that you don't want to do yourself. Be kind. They are only the messenger.
