    Frank and Colin are a great team! Frank’s knowledge is exceptional; he is an engineer by training and his expertise in designing a beautiful landscape reflects his artistic eye. Frank often send out Colin to perform the work; he is friendly and extremely courteous; he is also one of the hardest-working landscapers! He works diligently all day long: for us that meant digging out eight root-impacted rose trees in order to bring in two different kinds of soil and replant the roses! This was such hard work! He has been working in our front and back yards replacing cheap bender board with steel bender board, replacing, repairing, and adding new irrigation, compacting the soil and placing easy-to-walk-on gravel in a small area, and he will also be rebuilding our 38-year-old front porch. He is also a skilled carpenter! I can’t say enough good things about Colin’s work ethic and attitude

    No one LOVES having a construction crew in their home, and yet! The first few days after Mike and his crew had completed our five-month project, we really missed them! Mike if funny, considerate and a great problem solver who goes above and beyond. He hires great people and treats them well which is so important when these people are going to be in your home day after day. We were thrilled with every part of the major remodel Mike did for us. He works so hard for his clients. After a long day on the job site, we would often get texts from Mike in the evening because he had been searching online for a product that would solve some challenge, or thinking about different ways to approach a problem. What impressed me the most, I think, is Mike's dedication to make sure we got what we really wanted, even if it meant more time and work on his part. For instance, when the light switches went in, according to the architect's plan that we had approved, I realized that it wouldn't be easy for me to turn lights on and off from inside the kitchen. He could have easily said, "Well, I gave you exactly what you asked for" and moved on. Instead, he pondered the wiring that had already put in and figured out a way to add another switch for me, without disrupting the finish work that had already been done. There were times that I changed my mind about something and asked him to redo it that I'm sure would be really frustrating for any contractor, but he was patient and understanding and put in the time to make sure we had no regrets. Mike was also generous with his expertise in areas that went beyond his responsibility. Our house is old, and items we needed for the remodel were nonstandard sizes. He helped us search, calling suppliers for us, sending us photos from stores and searching through web resources in the evenings, until we found the perfect item for each need. Mike even once found us an accessory he knew we had been looking for at a garage sale on a Sunday! I would call Mike first any time I have another home project, and wholeheartedly recommend Paladin Home to local friends. Big projects are not generally fun to live through, but Mike honestly made a lot of the days fun. Props also to his right-hand man Kevin, who not only does excellent work but brought me succulents from his yard to propogate and helped us recapture our unruly German Shepherd puppy when she got out

    It went great. I planned on a Maritime theme for the restroom. Nefi advised that larger tiles wor better in the shower area then smaller - very important when picking tile. He helped solve an issue where the back base board wasn't flush enough towards the back of the new tub. He laid the entire bathroom floor tIle IN ONE DAY IN THE WAY I WANTED IT LAID OUT. Later an immaculate job on custom shower tiles all in, what I would considered, a brief time with no delays. <br />Nefi is what is considered a Pro. Not your average contractor trying to nickel and dime you to death or make shortcuts on jobs to increase their profit margin. Believe me I know.     SOD Home Group completed a major remodel and home addition project for us. We interviewed a few other contractors, but SOD stood out because of their fair pricing, confidence and professionalism. We interviewed two other home owners who had used SOD in the past and they had great things to say about Oren and his group. They transformed our ageing 1600 sq.ft. home into an amazing 2900 sq. ft. that is absolutely breathtaking. Since this was our dream home being built, we were very involved in selecting materials for the project and the SOD team was very accommodating. They also worked well with other contractors like HVAC, fire sprinkler and sidewalk. They executed the job to perfection while coordinating with the city for inspections. They did a great job with everything from the laying of the new foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing.     This review is specific to the Concord, CA office of AIPM. Wonderful experience on all levels. I needed a number of wasp nests and mud dauber nests removed from under the eaves of my 2 story home. I called AIPM at 9am - the receptionist was courteous and helpful. She scheduled an appointment for noon that same day and I was thrilled they could come out so quickly. Pavel S. arrived on time, was courteous, experienced, and extremely knowledgeable. He reviewed the work, explaining exactly and in detail how he would remove the nests, and provided me with a quote. I thought it a bit pricey, but needed the wasps removed. Pavel explained that the increased cost related to that the difficulty of reaching the second story eaves. Pavel worked diligently and professionally to remove all traces of the wasps and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. But what really impressed me was the fact that Pavel provided a personal promise that if the wasps returned, he would come out a remove the nests at no charge. This level of customer service is truly amazing
