  This is by far the best general contractor I've ever dealt with! Unfortunately, quailty work at a great price is hard to find these days. Wayman Bro's Construction is not only fairly priced but the owner (Alma) is great to deal with. He was very respectful of my time and always pleasant, his crew is kind, personable and most importantly always did a great job no matter what project I hired them for!   Alice was amazing from start to finish. We have a 1920's tudor home that had A LOT of deferred maintenance and painting, like a lot! They were ready and willing to step up and do the work, including removing an old satellite dish, old phone, cable and miscellaneous wires all around the home, repair the original wood trim and eaves in spots, and even do some concrete repair! We have been doing a lot of work on this home since we bought it last November, and I have worked with well over two dozen trades in that time... Alice and her crew at Ecol have been hands down THE BEST! They always leave the job site impeccably clean, so much so that our neighbors on both sides of our home noticed and took the time to tell me personally how much they appreciated their care and concern. Did I mention this is a female owned and operated business? Alice was here with her all female crew at all hours to get this job completed and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. She was incredibly responsive to all phone calls and text messages which I really appreciated, even after a horrible car accident! I can't imagine working all day in the hot sun, let alone working just days after being t-boned! Alice and her crew are incredibly hard workers that know how to do the job right! Where a lot of other painters would have just painted over rough wood they took the time to sand everything out perfectly and repair or replace what could not be sanded smooth enough. There was never any talk of upcharging for difficult areas or complaining about the state of the home (like other painters that bid out the work had). They named their price, stuck to it, and got the work done. If you need your house painted I highly recommend Alice and her crew at Ecol! I am so incredibly impressed with the quality of work, the respect they gave my property (and my neighbors' property), and ease of communication

  I cannot say enough good things about Red Butte Construction. The owner, Bill, and I got off to a great start as we are both named Bill. Joking aside, it was rapidly evident that he understood what needed to happen and how the best way to accomplish our goals were. Not only was he knowledgeable about the ins and outs of navigating the permitting system, it was evident that he knew construction as well. Bill runs a very tight ship and does not like to fall off schedule. There were many weekends and holidays that I would stop by the house only to find him working on a project in order to maintain schedule. I would have to say that most of the delays were, in fact, caused by my wife and I failing to make design decisions in a timely fashion. Bill was also able to help us find various reputable vendors in order to pick out finishes and other items. As the project progressed, Bill also came up with many little designs within the house to make the space more live-able. The loan that I acquired was a little strange and confusing, however, Bill showed an amazing amount of patience working through the process and with the different inspections. Finally, as a true testament to his character, I can still call Bill months after our project is done and he quickly gets back to me. I would absolutely recommend him and will use him for future projects
