    Fantastic! From the moment Marci and Ann conducted the telephone interview, to the day of the move, everything was perfect. Bill and Phil worked extremely hard moving all of the heavy furniture, including a sofa bed, down two flights of stairs without complaint. They even assembled one dining room hutch. The move was completed in three hours. Bill and Phil have been with the company 17 years! The price was VERY reasonable. I would highly recommend John Mitchell Moving to anyone moving in the Indianapolis area

Early this morning I texted and emailed pictures of what needed to be picked up so they would have some idea of what to expect. Nobody responded. It worked out fine but it would have been nice to have an acknowledgment of my messages. Overall, a very good experience

    Had a tree get uprooted and needed emergency service to have it removed before it fell. Called six tree removal contractors before reaching JT, who was able to respond immediately. JT and his crew arrived onsite and explained what they would do to safely remove the tree. Within 90 minutes of arrival, the tree was down, chopped up, the area was cleaned up and JT's crew also removed some poison ivy vines and did some additional pruning while they were onsite. Very professional, courteous, cost-effective and most of all timely. I would highly recommend JT Tree Service to anyone and will be using them in the future

    I had talked to a couple other junk haulers and they both randomly stopped responding. By comparison, Jeff was very responsive. He was detailed, clear and honest about what the job would take and what it would cost. He and his partner texted ahead and arrived on time. They worked really hard and did a fantastic job. They even swept up the garage afterward. And the $480 price was right in the range he promised even though I think the job might have been a little more work than they expected. It was an excellent experience. I'd use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs junk hauled

    I contacted Dan regarding the work we required. He gave me a quote and even when our timing hit a snag, closing was delayed on the house by 2 weeks, he was accommodating. When they arrived, the crew went to work immediately, no wasted time drinking coffee or chatting. We had three trees to the south of the home removed, stumps ground down, 2 trees in the front yard shaped, a tree in a bad spot removed and a very large 150 year old Oak shaped and the limbs overhanging the neighbors garage removed, much to the neighbors delight. They did the work quickly and efficiently. I'd HIGHLY recommend using Dan Sizemore and Affordable Tree Expert for any and ALL tree removal, stump grinding and tree trimming services

    I am more than pleased with the work performed by Augusta Underground. Their price for a sewer cleanout install (requiring small-scale excavation) was on par with the other companies I contacted (actually a bit less), but what impressed me was how thorough Steve was in providing detailed information about what would be required. He was the only one who assured me they could put the cleanout where we wanted it (hidden in mulch bed) as opposed to whatever was most convenient for the crew (in the case of the other companies). Even further, when the work was complete, I was shocked that not only did they perfectly level the earth around the excavation, but they even put back all the mulch and edging--I just assumed I'd be doing this cleanup after they were done.
