  I hired First Class Fence to install a fence to keep my dogs in the backyard...which I was worried about being that my backyard is the development wall as well and I was worried about the aesthetics. From my initial phone call with Rebecca, one of the owners, through installation, her and Alan, the other owner, were extremely helpful and professional. All scheduled appointments were kept (and if you live in South Florida you know what an incredible problem that can be with contractors). I am a woman and I can be a little ignorant about these kinds of things and Alan took extra time explaining the process to me...more than once. Every call I made was either answered or returned promptly. Alan arrived every day, as scheduled, even in the blistering heat and humidity. I worried for nothing, the fence is beautiful and adds to the aesthetics.

  Corey "hurricane proofed" my very overdue black olive trees and cleaned up well behind himself. The branches were left for my annual county pickup. I'm pleased nothing was dropped on the house and he was done within a few hours. They were a little late but since it was torrential rain up until they arrived (and they drove from about an hour away) it didn't make any difference. Overall I'm satisfied

  I was most impressed with Peter’s responsiveness via phone and text. Within 4-5 days of initial contact, Peter and his team completed the work to remove the palm trees and stump grind. His five-man team worked very efficiently and were very experienced with tree positioning and cutting, considering that these trees were located adjacent to electrical lines and other lines running to the house. However, I was very disappointed by the accidental damage of the water pipe that cut off the water supply to the house during stump grinding—damage which was not covered per the terms of the contract

  Lenny was very prompt for appointment. We had a dead palm tree that had to be dug up. We told him what we wanted and he gave us suggestions and painted a clear picture of his vision to beautify our yard with new palm and colorful plants because we had no idea what we wanted. He showed us samples and he was very professional. We did settle on ideas and he was back the next morning to begin the project for us. He was efficient and explained what he was doing so we would know. He worked non stop until the project was complete. After all of the work was done he told us how to take care of plants and maintain them. Lenny was the best. He went above and beyond our expectations and our yard now has a new makeover. We are ecstatic with results
