  We started out by hiring Vargas Tree Service to do a thorough yard clean up and tree trimming. Very soon we realized how wonderful they are to work with. We then hired them to install pavers in the backyard and a complete overhaul of the irrigation system. We can't be happier with their work. The jobs are done very well. They are professional, easy to work with. They charge a fair price for quality work, and they always cleaned up neatly after each job. What more can you ask for when hiring someone. Highly recommended. They are surely on the top of the list for us to contact should any future need arises

Since my townhouse has no backyard access, they had to enter via my neighbor's backyard and climb over the block wall to reach my yard and to remove trimmings as well. They went above and beyond...   Five Star is by far the best. I have been in need of someone to take down a tree in my yard, all others kept telling me they couldn't do it because the tree was to large. I called 5 star and they came out and gave me an estimate which was totally a reasonable price. They came the next morning , cut down the tree and made a little rock garden to fill the hole. The owner was very friendly and asked if there was anything else we needed done to just call. I totally recommend this place if you want a good job done. Thanks 5star for making my yard look amazing

  We chose Davey Tree because of their team of arborists. We invested quite a bit for a twelve year old tree from a local nursery, so we wanted someone who knows what they're doing. From the first phone call with Mika to Stanford Nash, who came out to give us an estimate, to the finished product, we couldn't be happier. Mika set the first impression, she answered all of my questions in a friendly and professional manner, she's awesome!! My husband was very impressed with Stanford Nash, the Arborist who came out to give us an estimate. He's very knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet the actual trimmer(s) as they came a couple hours early but, we would have just gotten in their way... They did an excellent job!!   Erik made the back breaking work look easy. He efficiently dug the holes and expertly planted my trees and plants in no time. He didn't expose the roots to sunlight or damage the plants in anyway. Afterwards he gave me a thorough explanation about the plants and how to water them, even though he wasn't the one who bought them. I totally recommend Erik for any of your landscaping needs

  I had to call 3 times for an estimate. Estimate was reasonable so I ok'd it. I had to call the office 2 times to find out when they were coming. I told them I had to know because the gate to the backyard was locked and I needed to open it for them even if they came when I was not at home. I was finally told the date they were coming. I was told they would be there at approx. 9am. They arrived at 6:45am! The men that cut the trees did a great job and cleaned up extremely well. I was told by them that another crew would be by in a week or so to grind the stumps of the tree. I was never made aware that this was a two-part job. After not hearing from them for several days, I called to find out when they would be by to grind the stumps so that I could leave the back gate open. I never received a return phone call after I had to leave a message because no one answered the phone at the office. I came home today to find that the stumps had been ground down and they broke into the side gate to get into the backyard. They did not rake or clean up. They had to move a wheel barrow and did not put it back where it was. I have still not received a return phone call from the company. <br /> The first crew that cut the trees down was so outstanding that I would consider using this company again if I had any trees that needed work
