    SOD Home Group completed a major remodel and home addition project for us. We interviewed a few other contractors, but SOD stood out because of their fair pricing, confidence and professionalism. We interviewed two other home owners who had used SOD in the past and they had great things to say about Oren and his group. They transformed our ageing 1600 sq.ft. home into an amazing 2900 sq. ft. that is absolutely breathtaking. Since this was our dream home being built, we were very involved in selecting materials for the project and the SOD team was very accommodating. They also worked well with other contractors like HVAC, fire sprinkler and sidewalk. They executed the job to perfection while coordinating with the city for inspections. They did a great job with everything from the laying of the new foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing. The best part was that they did an excellent job of finishing including flooring, painting, etc. They were very responsive to fixing minor touch-ups even after we had moved in. I would whole heartedly recommend SOD

    I would give 6 stars if the option was available. It was the easiest decision I've made, and I am so happy with my bathroom renovation. This project consisted of demolition, rebuilding, new sink, and a new bathtub.. basically a new everything. Nick from Everlast Construction was great to work with. He provided options, understood what we wanted from the start and did little extras that many others would overlook. The details inside the bathroom are now complimented by everyone who walks in there! They create beautiful, stunning work

    Our home needed repair to wood trim, staining of our pergola and other wood surfaces, as well as exterior painting. Everyone at Green Valley Painting was very professional and incredibly accommodating. Pricing was very reasonable as well. We dealt mainly with Kevin, Sales Manager, who addressed all our questions and concerns. Armando led the work team and made sure that everything was done to our specifications. We were extremely pleased with Green Valley Painting. We highly recommend them and we would also contract with them when we need painting in the future. We rate them 5 stars hands down! Update: Green Valley Painting painted the exterior of our home in the early Spring of this year and did an exceptional job. We contracted with them again to paint the entire interior of our home. They did an equally amazing job on the interior. Green Valley painted all trim, doors, and ceilings as well as all our walls. We dealt with Kevin, Sales Manager, who was very accommodating with our concerns and questions as well as providing paint samples for us to choose colors. Armando again led the work team and was equally accommodating. The work team moved all our big furniture items with exceptional care and moved all the furniture back as well.     Scott and his guy just painted our Living room, Family Room, Kitchen and 3 hallways. Basically 1/3rd of our home. They moved furniture together and completely covered everything in plastic. Not a single thing was damaged. Attention to detail superb. The quote was as good or better than the other 2 we collected. Our house was left tidy and perfect!     CertaPro came and did a bid on painting my southern wall last summer. I almost chose them but picked the lowest bid instead. Bad mistake! The lowest bidder (Innovation Painting) totally flaked out on me and kept pushing the job back and eventually just stopped taking my calls. I should have called CertaPro back right away, but it was winter and raining so I let things slide until this summer. I emailed my contact at CertaPro and asked if he wanted to do a re-bid on the job. I also contacted another painter. I didn't hear from my CertaPro contact and figured he didn't want to waste any more of his time with me, and signed a contract with another company. But I was wrong. It turned out that my contact no longer worked with the company, and his emails were being forwarded to the bosses, Steve and Norie Bonbright, who did answer my email and would have been happy to do a re-bid. But it was too late. I had already signed a contract with the other company. Through no fault of their own, CertaPro didn't get the job. But through it all they were polite, professional, and helpful. They even gave me tips on getting the most attractive finish on the job. My house is big, and eventually I'm going to need to paint the other three walls. When I do, CertaPro will be the first company I call

    I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JUNIORS CONSTRUCTION!!! Linda and Alfredo Parra (wife and husband owners of Juniors Construction) gave me the kitchen and bathroom of my dreams! I went overboard and met with 12 different contractors. I chose Juniors because they seemed like they would be reasonable, honest, and helpful - and I was right! Also, out of the 12 companies, they were the only one that was woman owned! It was so nice working with another woman. Linda took the time to explain all the terminology to me. This was my first project so I had 1000 questions and a hard time making decisions. The Parras were so patient with me - they answered all my questions, they explained each step, they helped me with my designs, they came with me to buy materials, and they helped me make decisions. They also helped find ways to save me me money! Once they started the work, they came all day, every day, and completed the job early! There were no strangers coming in and out - only the same 2-3 people. They were very respectful of my things - everything was covered and cleaned after each day. We did the kitchen first and then the bathroom after the holidays. Even after the kitchen was completed, they continued to answer all my questions! They really care go the extra mile for their clients. Everyone who comes over always compliments the worth they did - even other people in the construction industry!
