  We hired HomeTech to do an extensive home remodel in our recently purchased house in Los Altos. They took house down to the studs, reinforced foundation, reconfigured layout and build additional 700sf . This was our first remodel and we were looking for a company who would be willing to take the time to answer our questions and help us from the beginning and through the project. Moses and his team are amazing and we couldn't be happier with our new home! The HomeTech Design Team created a beautiful custom design, helped us choosing all the fixtures and finishes and most importantly , they had lots of patience with our changes and answered all the questions we had. They helped us with permits and of course complete the build of our amazing new home. There are always issues that come up with a remodel or building a house and this is where Moses and his crew really shine. They will help you through any difficulties. HomeTech service is top notch! They really care about the clients. We can't say enough great things about HomeTech! They definitely deliver a quality product at a fair price. Highly recommended

  TRIOND’s team did a great job! The project included several different jobs, which all turned out wonderfully. The scope of interior projects included: a full garage conversion (flooring, painting, building closets); kitchen renovation (repainting cabinets, backsplash tiling, installing floating shelves); and a basement storage room conversion to a bedroom (window installation and permitting, flooring, full room finishing and closet building). The exterior work included: a fence facelift, repainting the entire outdoor deck, and tiling the outdoor patio. The team also tackled the full punch list of items to fix that were noted on the property inspection report as part of my purchase disclosures. The company’s designer and project manager helped me select materials, navigate the San Francisco city permitting process, and communicated in advance on all the budget details. I felt that the team paid attention to details, and I’m happy with the quality of workmanship. I get compliments on the beauty of the house all the time - thank you guys so much! Definitely would work with them again

  I hate everything about the remodeling process, but LUX and their crew came in and "took care of everything". Their attention to detail and obvious expertise put my mind at ease and made my home beautiful It was previously an embarrassment! Now I love the new bathroom and our amazing kitchen.   Based upon reviews on-line (Yelp, NextDoor, etc.) We hired Craft Builders to install a new roof on our home. They showed up On Time every day of the project. Their quote was reasonable and accurate. Top notch materials and products were used. The project was completed as scheduled and Everything was cleaned up around the entire house so you never knew they were there. I would strongly recommend Chris and his crew for any home project needed. They can do it all

  This company did a wonderful remodeling job at our house. We hired them to remodel our kitchen, bathrooms, patio and front yard. They always were in touch with us about the progress of the work and the office staff was very professional and polite with us when it comes to billing and documentation. The work was managed by 1 person ((Allen) who was in charged on everything related to the project. At the end of the work, Allen provided us with a nice disk on key that included all the related documents, pictures and videos of the work from day one till the end of it. They were professional and I would recommend them for others to use

  Overall, SOD was outstanding to work with. We bought our house last year (May 2014) and knew right away we wanted to do a remodel to make a master suite. This being our first home and first experience doing a remodel we were a little nervous about the whole process, but SOD made it pretty painless and the outcome is beautiful. We used our own designer for the design of of our remodel, but we have no doubt SOD would have designed something beautiful as well. We bid out our project to 3 contractors total and SOD came in right in the middle (everyone was very close to each other though). We ultimately decided to go with SOD because we really liked their responsiveness to all our questions during the bidding process and their customer portal they have where you can see pics of your project along the way, do change orders online, and communicate with all their staff very easily. We are busy people who both work full time so we knew we needed a contractor who was going to be really great with communication (email, text, etc.) and SOD 100% delivered on that. We also really liked that they didn't sub out a lot of the work/that they had their own crews for plumbing, electrical, painting, foundation, demo., etc. We saw this really made a difference compared to friends who used contractors who subcontracted a lot of the work out because it allowed us to stay on schedule and not wait for anyone for the next step in the remodel/construction. Our project took about 3- 3/12 months, which was right on schedule and often times we were way ahead of schedule. Eran was our project manager and was fantastic and very helpful along the way. Oren, the owner, is 100% committed to customer service and always wants you to be happy. Their office staff is also great and much more organized than others we have heard about from friends who have done big construction projects although there were some coordination issues at times, but not a big deal overall. Now, this is all not to say that everything went perfectly smoothly. There were hiccups along the way, but they were minor and SOD always listened to our concerns and complaints, addressed them pretty immediately, and worked with us for a solution. We truly believe that with any good contractor you will have problems along the way, but how they respond and how they deal with those problem is the real way to judge a company. SOD prides itself on customer service and we can attest to the fact that they live up to their word. At the end of the day, they want you to be happy with the work and will work tirelessly to make that happen. All of the crews were wonderful, respectful, and the hardest workers we have ever seen. It was not uncommon for them to start their day at 8 am at our house and not leave until 7-8 pm. They also came on weekends (they always made sure this was OK for us) and they were all a true pleasure to work with. In the end, we went just 8-10 K over the bid price due to unforeseen issues that were no fault to SOD or upgrades we decided on later. We are extremely happy with SOD and plan to use them in the future for other remodel projects that we have planned. We have recommended them to others and would do so in a heartbeat for anyone looking for a great company to work on their house

  I only have the highest praises for Aviv, and his work. From the beginning, Aviv displayed so much warmth and sincerity towards us. From the first consultation, he gave tremendous time and detail to what we could anticipate if we were to hire him for our project, a full bathroom remodel. He was never in a rush, so open to conversation, and actively listened to what our expectations were for our project. Aviv always carried himself with utmost professionalism, while establishing and maintaining a personal relationship, with constant, open and timely communication. The entire process was incredibly smooth. Aviv gave us direction each step of the way, allowing us to choose our style and shop within our budget. Everything was done is a timely fashion and the project was finished so quickly! Every person involved in the project was professional, and we did not feel that our privacy was invaded at any point. We could not be happier with the final result of the bathroom. We would recommend Aviv to anyone looking to do any remodeling or reconstruction, and would definitely work with him in the future!
