    Kitchen remodels are hard. The most important room in the house is off-line. One of your bathrooms has to become a default sink in kitchen. So it takes a lot of patience to live in the house while your kitchen is being remodeled. Everything went basically according to plan there were some delays because of supply chain issues and changes that we wanted made that were not part of the original plan. But all in all we got through it fine. Tom in his right hand man, Adam, were responsive to our needs and if any problems came up they took care of it. Tom is exceptionally patient and good natured. Same for Adam. I would definitely use them again

    This my experience with Horizon Construction and Remodeling, and why I recommend them. This is the second time that I have hired a contractor. The first time was a bathroom remodel, and it was a disaster, so I was very apprehensive about hiring another contractor. We needed to remodel our kitchen, so I had no choice. I did my due diligence and research and called three companies to interview. All three I had no prior knowledge of or experience with. Out of the three bids, there was a high, a medium, and a low. After talking to them one more time I went with the medium bid company. That company is called Horizon Construction and Remodeling. It turns out I made the right choice. My experience with this company is the complete opposite from my first experience with a contractor. My Project Manager was Mark, who did an outstanding job of keeping the project moving quickly efficiently. His crews showed up on time, were professional and did quality work, from plumbing to electrical to framing to painting to cabinets all were done to my satisfaction. If something was not done to my satisfaction (which was rare), I just let Mark know about it and he would send someone to either redo or touch-up the work. Mark would visit the job site frequently. I feel Mark is honest and has his customer’s best interest at heart. There were a couple of times when he could have charged me extra money for items that came up during the project, but he did not. Like any project we had to make some changes along the way, and Mark is very willing to work with you to make sure that you get what you want. Mark will listen to your ideas plus he has many ideas himself. He helped us a lot with our kitchen design. They started my project Oct. 11, 2001. My wife and I were hoping to have the project done by Christmas. They had it done in 7 weeks in time for Thanksgiving! The inside staff is led be Enna. They make sure everything is ordered on time. They even arrange for inspections. They are very polite and efficient and responsive. We are doing our doors and windows next and we going to have Horizon Construction and Design do the work. I chose to go with Trex (wood-alternative composite) for the flooring so that it would last longer and be impervious to termites and water damage. The installation and subsequent painting look great.     Dream painting came recommended by a client of mine 6 years ago, and I have used them several times ever since, and have recommended them to my friends as well. That by itself should tell you that I was happy with their work. My two Main residences located in Ladera Ranch , and Corona were painted on interior and exterior . I used them for my rentals in Irvine, Aliso Viejo as well. First of all, PAUL is great . He is a very nice man and never oversell anything. Even if he recommends an area to be painted , he never pushes you to get it done. His estimates are fair and he puts it in writing . At one time, he gave me an estimate , but I ended up renting the townhome and did not go ahead with painting it. Two years later , when I was ready for paint to put the property on sale, he honored the same price although after covid, all **** broke loose, and labor and costs went through the roof. Still he kept the estimate the same because I was a repeat client so to say a VIP ! How great is that ? They are very professional. Ashly used to take over after Paul to schedule your project and John took over Ashley's position after a couple of years. They both did a great job for me. They stand by their work too. I did the exterior paint in Ladera house in one year and interior two years later. I asked them to touch up a couple of places like the exterior door, and Paul came over and said that they would do the touch up at no cost , because the paint should have lasted better. I did not see anything wrong, just a few chips here and there , but he stood by their quality of work ! No one does that. In times that service and customer care seems to be a forgotten principle, They are always on time, finish on time, have nice workers, and great prices . I highly recommend them

    I got bids from four well-reviewed South Bay painters to paint the entire interior of my 1,600 sq. ft. house - walls, trim and ceilings. TKO's prices were very competitive and they did a GREAT job. The painting was neat, straight, and not a brush stroke in error. And I looked - hard! They took about two weeks to do the job. I definitely would use TKO again. <br /> Troy, the owner was easy to talk to and impressed me with his knowledge of painting, materials and the logistics of getting the job done without a lot of fuss for us. &nbsp; <br /> The painters are regular employees of TKO, so we saw the same familiar faces each day.&nbsp;The communication was good - they let us know what rooms they were going to paint and when, so we were able to get out anything we needed beforehand. Troy walked through the job frequently and made sure we were happy. We stayed in the house while it was being painted (that was the only painful part of the project, but that was our own doing) and the guys were very considerate about working around us.&nbsp;Also, we have dogs and cats and the guys were very careful about not letting them get out.&nbsp;The foreman of the group, Victor, oversaw all and made sure that we got everything we needed. He&nbsp;was a saint - patiently putting up paint sample after sample for me until I landed one.&nbsp; <br /> The crew showed up at 8:00 on the dot and got to work.     I had such a great experience, I felt like I needed to leave a review. We had an unexpected leak that turned into our kitchen having black mold all over. Our insurance company pretty much told us they were not responsible. Nathan was sent out and was very knowledgeable about what we were looking at. From, day one he was able to guide us through the process from mold removal to a complete kitchen remodel. Anytime I had a question or concern he was right there to help. Every single person that came to work in my house was friendly; not to mention on time which is a big plus. Everything turned out beautiful! I would highly recommend Home Renew 360.     I am very happy with my decision to have Mike at High Line Renovations construct a beautiful pergola on the side of our home to house our exercise equipment. I interviewed other contractors and decided to go with High Line as Mike is the most responsive (yes, he calls &amp; texts back promptly) and creative contractor with can- do attitude. For us, prep was key. The house was last painted 30+ years ago. Besides power washing, they did minor repair of missing stucco/cracks, scraped/sanded years of peeling paint. Bob Uzzo was great at communicating. He explained the work/process involved when he came to do the estimate. He visited every work day to check the progress and address any questions we had.
