PLUMB RIGHT

This was the biggest ripoff I've ever experienced. I purchased the comfort height toilet and the PlumbRight service person, Matthew, charged me $564.xx for the install. There was a replacement of the water line and value right at the toilet. Nothing major and every maintenance person I've checked with agreed I was totally ripped off by this company. I would never recommend them to anyone. Taking advantage of people just because you can is horrible.

The clog released during the inspection so no need to clean it. The plumber filled the sink and checked it several times to confirm it was clear. I have used Plumb Right several times. It is always a great experience.

It went really well. Mathew did a great job and we appreciated his flexibility since the job was added to his schedule at the last minute and in the evening.

Thomas replaced a saddle valve and checked the operation of the humidifier. Thomas was so thorough that I can hardly wait for him to come back and service the rest of our plumbing at our new home. The water softener especially.

**To be clear, my comments are in regard to quotes and estimates - I have not had any actual services performed by this company. Company will not quote or estimate a job over the phone and charges $69 to have someone visit to give you a quote. Seems silly to me that you can't estimate a job if I tell you how many feet of copper you'll need, and other pertinent details. But, they made my decision easy - I will find another company that will.

Unbelievably and laughably bad. I emailed and asked for an estimate for replacing a 40 gallon water heater. I gave the location and indicated I would prefer not have to have an onsite estimate. Waiting for someone to come during their usual two hour windows and then having multiple visits during the pandemic are not the way I want to do business. This is the reply I received: "Thanks for your reply. We do not do ballpark estimates. " Have a great day. The particular faucet used a proprietary drain system - if I had any other style of faucet put in, it would have cost an extra $700 in labor. Erik instructed me to buy a replacement version of the same style of faucet - and I saved all of that money. This is why Plumbright is the best! They are honest, punctual, professional and they help me get the job done right for my tenants. Can't recommend them enough!

As soon as I mentioned that repair needs to be done for the property that is rented out, I was told they are not taking landlord requests.

Everything as far as I know was wonderful with the interactions I had with them.

Great. Thomas was courteous and professional, and kept me informed about everything that needed to be done. He was able to get all the work done (including going out and buying a new battery) in under 2 hours. Plumb Right kept me informed via emails and texts exactly when Thomas would arrive. GREAT! Got home Friday afternoon and discovered water in the basement. The hose for the drain pan for the water heater was plugged and the pan had holes in it, water everywhere. Shut off the water and started to mop up when I realized - FRIDAY NIGHT = Find a plumber. All closed. Finally found one that was still answering the phone. Plumb Right answered the phone and promised someone in a half hour. Pricing seemed reasonable, what choice did I really have. They were here by 5:30pm and finished around 7:30pm. First plumber got here and started cleaning up and removing the old tank and about 45 minutes later the second plumber showed with the new tank. We had to clean up the water and find a new drain pan and then they corrected the plumbing problems created by the last installation. They really knew what they were doing and took great care to keep the house clean and then cleaned up after themselves. Did I mention that it was below zero. I expected the final bill would be more than they quoted, but it was exactly what they quoted. There was a charge for after hours, but considering the competition (there was none) even my wife was happy. Erik and Devon were super nice and I just stayed out of their way. It was the best experience I have had with a plumber in years.

Thomas was courteous,, friendly, professional and well prepared to fix my leaking line pipe. He replaced the defective pipe. I will rehire him again. Proceeded to show him a kitchen faucet I would like to replace. He will comeback when I am ready to get the job done. He said this will save me money because I do not have to pay for diagnosis when I have it done. Just have to pay for labor. I have a faucet coming from Home Depot.

Fast, efficient, and courteous service.

I had a toilet installed 2 years and 14 days ago and noticed a small leak. The warranty is 2 years so technically I was outside the window, but the tech kindly tightened a bolt that had come a little loose and did not charge me anything. Very friendly and quick.

My experience with both plumbers was wonderful. Thomas came out on the weekend to assess the problem. Matthew arrived a couple of days later to fix a problem that was caused when I had my bathroom rehabbed. The original plumber had not installed it correctly and the tank always jiggled. Their solution had been to put plastic shivs in which never stayed put. I am thrilled that the tank is now very secure. I highly recommend Plumb Right.

It went great. He had to cut open our drywall ceiling to find an existing line, and tie into it. He tied into an existing line to get the job done with minimal required holes into our ceiling. Very impressed with the professionalism and the very reasonable pricing.

Fine. The applicable drain pieces were removed and replaced and tested. Thomas explained what work he did, why the pieces went bad, and how to prevent future problems. He also gave me some estimates of future work that I may want done. No pressure sales tactics were used.

Thomas was a delight. Extremely helpful and informative. This was a saturday emergency call. Made sure I was aware of all he was doing and why. We were not able to complete the job but was able to isolate the issue so we could turn the water back on. Gave me a couple of things to think about to correct my shower issues.

Erik knew exactly what to do and solved the problem immediately. I am very satisfied and will use this business in the future. Highly recommend.
