  They were great , they do the regular maintenance replace the filters for us they come out twice a year they check the compression once a year they did a really nice job! replace the original dock work and they replace the a/c unit and the heater

  They try to charge me an extra $160 that I was never told or approve by me .At time of service they stated $ 360 for total which was paid . Then he had to come back to fix damage he cause during repair unit keep running even when thermostat was turn off .Before he started working on it the inside unit was working. He was here all day moving wires around then he called in help .I believe the heater blew out because he did not knew what he was doing. Now they say the part is $3200 did not even ask about the labor was afraid to. Just told them I cant afford that after losing my job because of shut down because of covid-19
