  PAC has been my plumber for 30 years. The house is 80 years old. They were the plumber for both the bathroom and kitchen renovations as well as the heating and ac modernization. The diagnosis was quick and efficient. The part was backordered. As soon as it was delivered they scheduled the repair. Bob was knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. He willingly checked other concerns I brought to his attention.   The truck showed up a day earlier than we thought. We were not home. Our tank was partially hidden by fencing and was not easily accessible. The driver was able to access it and filled our tank without any problem. He left us a not asking that we provide access to the tank next time and to fix a latch that was screwed together. We were so pleased that he was able to deliver our gas instead of just leaving us a note saying he could not access the tank. He went the extra step and we appreciate it
