  Jeff and his crew were fabulous! I received a quick response via text and I responded with a request that he call me, which he did. We set up a time for the next day. He and his crew were on time, courteous, fixed a gutter that was coming loose from the house and they cleaned up when they were done. I will use them again.   I live in an older home in the Northern Boroughs. I have used this company a few times for gutter cleaning as they were very responsive and the scheduler is nice. I decided to have the windows cleaned and gutters cleaned out as we need to do that 2x's a year from a large tree. Workers arrived and did the gutters one day... in 15 minutes. Then they came about a week later to wash the windows. They were done in another 15 minutes. I actually called and had them comeback. I didn't turn the water on for them to fill their buckets. Plus, I paid to have the screens cleaned and they didn't do that or wipe the sills. Probably me expecting more or not asking questions. I paid for the gutters and paid a lower rate on the windows. Now with all the rain we have had lately I notice two of the gutters don't drain, lol. Did they even do those. Nice people. They aren't rude or anything. I would not hire again. It is a shame I usually was happy with their previous jobs

  The first time I used Perfect Power Wash was in 2016 and had a horrible experience. The service performed was extremely poor and the technician appeared to have no knowledge or training on how to clean and seal concrete or any other surface. Give the poor quality of work I contact the PPW and after having no luck dealing with the individual I asked to speak with their supervisor. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism was even worse and ended up with no resolution. Now in 2021 and after a five-year period and based on other reviews I decided to give them PPW a call and happy to say the staff was much more pleasant and PPW appeared to have changed the culture of not addressing customer concerns. I was up front and told them all the issues in the past and they assured me that the company has changed over the past five years. Well that appears not to be the accurate. After agreeing to service and providing a credit card to secure the date PPW is back to the 2016 customer service approach. They definitely have communication challenges and thing very little of the customers they service. Definitely one of my worst decisions in 2021! Would not recommend PPW

  This was the second time I used their service. First time it was adequate. I had planed on using them every 2-3 months in the future if things went well. I had just finished a large remodeling project including new hard flooring and carpeting. They came yesterday morning and when the man (I believe Josh is his name) came in to clean sliding glass doors, big picture window on landing, and dining room windows, I went into the kitchen to stay out of his way. When I came out there were water puddles by the sliding glass door and drips all over the place leading through the living room, hallway, up the newly carpeted steps to the large picture window. Josh was cleaning the window with a wet squeegee and no bucket or cloth to protect the water from dripping. He dipped it outside and just came inside with it dripping all over the place. I am told not to put chemicals on the flooring, and I certainly don't also want dirty water all over my flooring and new carpeting - which is what he did. I showed him and asked why he doesn't have a bucket or something like the other companies use when inside. He acted like it was no big deal and even said so. He tried to wipe most of it up with my assistance. His attitude and utter disrespect for a customers property was astonishing. He really did not see this as a problem to drip all over someones home. He never apologized, said he should have used something to protect my floors and carpeting and really just didn't get it. I said I was calling the office to suggest that they have a policy to use a bucket or rag to protect the floors when walking through with a squeegee. He said to call because they are probably ending the north hills route anyway and I should call 3D Window cleaning. I've never experienced anything like this with someone who truly didn't even care, so I just paid him and called the office to leave a message stating there was a problem with their cleaning person and requested a return call. I left another message this morning and still no call from Rosalie or anyone. Due to that, I have ceased dealing with them as they do not seem like they are customer focused or respect their customers property. I left a message to remove me from future calls and service. I understand that employees can make a mistake - I can't understand Josh not apologizing or admitting that he shouldn't have let it drip all over the house. I also don't understand how a customer complaint like this doesn't deserve a return call promptly. Very disappointed as Rosalie seemed so nice. Can't recommend at all though. I judge people by how they handle a problem and they failed. I will update if ever do get a call back and let you know what they say
