  Frank's crew did an absolutely fantastic job. Upper St. Clair has very strict rules regarding fences, and it took months to get the correct materials and spacing approved. Frank was helpful, professional, and really knowledgeable about the entire process. With COVID 19 it also tool a lot longer to get the materials delivered; when they finally arrived, his crew showed up on schedule, and worked tirelessly until the job was done. They asked me throughout the job if I liked it, if I wanted anything changed, etc. I couldn't be more satisfied with the end result and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!!

  My partner and I had Ingelido install a fence earlier this year. The whole installation process took a lot longer than we were told, which was only partially due to the weather. Additionally, we were promised that the crew would let us know when they would be arriving. During over 5 separate days when they were installing the fence, we were never notified (I even spoke to members of the crew and asked them to text me, just so I had a head's up). The owner only came out to see the fence once while it was being installed, and did not come back to see the finished product. However, we were fairly happy with it and how it looked. That happiness was short-lived, unfortunately. Very quickly after the installation was completed, we started noticing some of the planks had come loose. We were willing to accept one or two, but within 2 months of installation, no fewer than 7 plans had come loose. I called Ingelido at least three times - including talking to Gary (the owner) at least twice - to discuss rectifying this. He told me both times that he would have a crew out ASAP, and would let me know. I finally called back after not hearing anything for over a month; my partner also called at least twice. I even texted and emailed photos to Ingelido asking for some insight on when they would be out to fix it. We never heard from them. This past weekend, I finally took some screws and re-affixed the plans that had fallen (several of them had completely come loose from their posts/supports, in addition to several more that were loose). I noticed, upon crawling under the fence, that many more were no longer attached. I will admit that our neighbor has a fence that runs very close to the one we had Ingelido install, but they knew about it and told us our plan would not be an issue. Many of these were loose or barely holding on. Additionally, we were told throughout the process that they guaranteed their work for life and would come out to fix it anywhere, anytime. One final problem I will note is that the gate we had Ingelido install (as part of the fence) has started to lean and the doors are rubbing against each other. Not a huge issue presently, but I worry that it will become more of an issue in the long-term. I remain pleased with how the fence looks, despite the issues. This is why I gave 2 stars. If I had to do this again, knowing what I know now about Ingelido, I would likely go with another fencing company. Truth be told, this is my advice to others. Customer service is huge to me, and in this area, Ingelido Fence is seriously lacking

  We hired Corilo Home Solutions to do a concrete ramp in our sloped yard. They did an amazing job especially considering the topography of our yard.   Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math).   I've used Jack in the past for minor repairs and restaining. When I noticed multiple rotting boards on the deck, I contacted Jack to see about re-skinning the deck. Jack came out in December with his team and spent a couple days replacing all the boards and beefing up some of the support beams. Jack always does an excellent job and is reasonable with his prices. I'll be using him again in the spring/summer to stain the new boards
