  I hired Marine Plumbing Service to replace my kitchen faucet with one I purchased elsewhere and also to replace my home's water pressure regulator. The existing kitchen faucet was shot after 8 years because it loosened under the granite counter and rusted the hardware underneath. That made it wobble mercilessly and allowed water to seep down into the cabinet beneath. I don't have the tools for such a tight space to get at - much less remove - they faucet. Thus my call to a professional. They were able do that removal, install the new (touchless) faucet, and maneuver the battery pack to a spot inside the cabinet to allow easy access for battery replacement. The faucet is installed securely and works as advertised. Additionally, my 9-year-old water pressure regulator was malfunctioning. The problem became apparent when experiencing intermittent high pressure of water at our faucets and toilets. (Sometimes the water pressure was too powerful, other times normal.) Nick Marine made some recommended changes on the placement of the new pressure regulator, having it installed horizontally on a ceiling pipe rather than vertically on the wall pipe where the original had been. He believes that configuration will make it last many years longer. I really won't know how long this one will actually last until 12 or 15 years from now. He set the pressure at 63 psi. So I'm hopeful I now have a long-term solution. While replacing the pressure regulator, they also installed (with my agreement) a new, better quality incoming water on/off value on the piping coming into the house from the street. And Nick offered a few recommendations concerning my water heater to make it safer, actually doing one of the changes without any additional charge to me. His knowledge of residential plumbing standards and quality of workmanship are impressive. His work is not inexpensive, but likely to well outlive that of many other plumbers

  Before choosing Greenlee Plumbing I was attempting to get estimates and compare between a few other companies during a period where it seems all the companies I checked with were backed up/busy. Other companies tried to fit in an estimate for me but kept having to reschedule. Greenlee's office was also backed up but they gave the information about the wait time to me straight instead of booking appointments they really couldn't keep. They were very professional/organized and stuck to their schedule. On the first day of the job they were 10 min early, someone came in and setup protection for my carpet/flooring/cabinets and they got the walls open and new pipes in/water running within 3 or 4 hours then let me know what time the team would arrive the next day to close up the drywall. The next day the team that came to close up/repair the drywall was very thorough. They went over every drywall repair section like perfectionists and even did their best to match the pattern on my ceiling for which stores no longer sell the brushes used to create the original pattern. Before I hired Greenlee plumbing I had some wall repair work done on a few sections and Greenlee's drywall team made the work done by the previous person I hired look amateurish by comparison. My work was done a little less than a month ago now but so far I am extremely satisfied with the work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to a friend

  The radio commercials for Casteel are what steered my decision to scheduling my main waterline repair with them. However, after the experience that I had with their team I will be utilizing them for all of my future needs. The dispatch and scheduling office were pleasant and professional as well as never having to be on hold for (not exxaggerating) more than a minute. From then on they maintained communication with me via text and email so that I was never left in the dark. Jonathan was right on time, very thorough and knowledgeable, checking to make sure that everything was back in order before ever mentioning payment. This is the kind of service that you need from an already stressful situation and is my primary reason for recommending these guys. Turns out the house has a blue ploy line which was discontinued a while back for constant leaks. Bad luck for me that I missed the recall window but I know for **** sure what team I trust to replace my mainline. It's a long stretch of yard that they will have to trench to get the line put in with several ways that it could go wrong which affects my estimate but after enough experiences with other companies I know that you get what you pay for and your fresh running water is not something to attempt the cheap way. Even with that, they applied the cost of my mainline repair to the replacement which put my total damage at around 4500 clams. If you have to drop that kindof cheddar on your home maintenance youre gonna need the assurances that come with a company that goes above and beyond to earn your continued business and that is what I felt with Casteel. TLDR; they make at least one thing on your "to do" list simple and as pleasant as possible
