Ed's Handyman Service installed two Anderson sliding doors for me. He was very professional and polite and answered all of my questions. Dream Builders completely transformed our tired old house into the home of our dreams. Brothers John and Michael and brother-in-law Aldo demolished and rebuilt all three bathrooms and the kitchen as well as installed hardwood flooring on the entire first floor, staircase and master bedroom. Their workmanship and skills exceeded our expectations and their honesty and integrity made the process enjoyable. Their advice and opinions kept me from making a couple of substantial design mistakes and I really appreciated and trusted their input. We recently had our master bathroom remodeled by Dellisanti Construction. It was a major project which included removing a large glass block window from an exterior wall, removing a Jacuzzi, relocating the shower to the Jacuzzi space, transforming the old shower into a large linen closet, replacing the vanities, ceiling fans, and flooring, and painting the bath and attached master bedroom. We also requested the minimal threshold for the shower entrance (two inches) and not the standard four or six inch curbs.
Although the project's start date was a bit behind the original prediction, once the project began we were extremely pleased with Dellisanti's professional crew who tackled this project. The owner, Andy, met with us over the course of the project from our initial meeting, proposal presentation, modifications, and selection strategies for products. He was patient and kind as we made updates during the process and he tried his best to deliver the finished project on time and on budget. Andy's spouse Jillian was also very helpful with design choices and overall project management.
Big shout out to Andy's wonderful crew: Bryan, George, Dave, Bree and Cory who did the majority of our work from demo to completion. They were careful in our home and did their best to clean up (as much as possible given the inherent mess of such a project) at the end of the day. They came back after the project was complete to address the few minor issues we had (e.g., paint touch up, mirror installation). All the workers were friendly, talented, and efficient. and could not have been more engaging or nice to work with. We all felt very comfortable with them in our home.
Andy subcontracted some of the plumbing, electrical work, shower tiling and shower door. All of the craftsman did very good work. A member of the Dellisanti crew was always there when a subcontractor began his portion of the project to address the logistics of the project. In addition, the subcontractors communicated directly with us with any additional questions they had (e.g., placement of grab bars, mirrors, light fixtures, etc.)
The only significant problem we encountered was a delay caused by a supplier that Dellisanti relied on for the cabinets. This was especially frustrating because the supplier could not provide information about how long the delay would last. Andy scheduled around this as much as possible but it did shut the project down for a short time. We understand that Andy no longer uses this supplier for cabinets so this situation shouldn't be a problem for future customers. Overall we rate Andy and the entire crew very highly. We would not hesitate to recommend them for remodeling projects.

The J. Kapela Design and Construction team were excellent partners in renovating our kitchen and master bathroom. The entire project took about 5 weeks and we could not be happier with the final outcome. Justin and Jared laid out the timeline in the beginning and kept us in the loop along the way. They assisted in making design decisions along the way and were open to our desires and suggestions. With any construction firm there are subcontractors and what stood out was the quality of the subcontractors used was excellent. The budget overruns were mainly due to us making changes as we went along and J. Kapela kept the timeline manageable. Since we were also living through all of the construction, the employees of J. Kapela assigned to the project were respectful of the condition of the house and made sure they cleaned up as much as possible every day before they left. If we every considers any other renovations, I would hire them again.

AJ is a fantastic professional. The roof of my patio was about to cave in and I was in a serious bind. I received numerous quotes and every company wanted to replace the entire patio. They told me they could not just fix the roof. I contacted AJ and he was able to come out the same day, took a look at my problem and gave me a quote for exactly what I wanted. He gave me a fair estimate and started the project ASAP (2 days later).
He knocked down this dangerous saggy roof the first day. I knew I was in good hands with his constant reassurance. He completed this project a week before his estimated timeframe. I would highly recommend AJ for ANY Handywork that you need done. He knows everything from roofing to electrical to plumbing - You name the job he can do it. I will be hiring him again for future projects. .

We had a three seasons room ,a new deck , and lower level windows replaced by Aaron and his team. We canâ t be happier! They worked through the winter, which slowed things up a couple of times, but everything turned out beautiful. Be sure to check out pictures on his website!
