Jon and Kim are excellent to work with. They are very professional and were extremely helpful in making our vision a reality. My wife wanted to paint a guest room. That turned into shiplap on two bedroom walls, new floors and we also remodeled the master bath. This project ended up being much more than a couple cans of paint. The project turned out perfectly! Kim helped us pick things out and sought out outstanding deals on materials. Jon and crew did fantastic quality work. I would recommend Prestwick Homes to anyone who wants to have a stress free building experience.

Some home remodelers promise a five star experience but then don't deliver. Mariano & Co. actually delivers on their promise. From the planning and design phase, to the completion of your project, they are not happy unless you're happy. Their staff are experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. We love our new kitchen and the way our entire project turned out. They even handled a problem, not of their making, after the project was completed. Mariano & Co. will be our "for life" contractor.

Elizabeth L and her crew(s) worked hard and got the job done. Modfications and/or fixes were done quickly and without hassle. Elizabeth has a good eye for design, so her suggestions were appreciated. The project took longer than expected but considering the state of the world (COVID-19), they did the best they could. I will definitely consider P&D for when we are ready to remodel our kitchen.

We found J&B after a bad experience (bait and switch) with another contractor. John is an honest, clear communicator that took time to learn our needs and expectations. Our foreman, Lino, and his team did phenomenal work and have met every single expectation including when I panicked over a paint choice. The scope of work was vast: rebuild a balcony, paint house (two stories), oversized detached garage, and entire perimeter block fence, plus refinish spiral (steel) staircase, paint pool fencing, replace soffit lights, remove old exposed aggregate and create concrete ramps, rebuild bridge and widen front walkway. Inside the home, they finished a set of wood steps to second floor and replaced the worn handrail.
Pricing for the entire project was incredibly fair and the work done exceptional. With so many other home projects on our "list", we have already started saving for the next one. Without question or hesitation, J&B is our contractor.
