I want to state that this was the first home remodel project that we've had done to the home. I waited to do this review to see if any issues popped up and I'm happy to say that nothing has. Owner did the estimate and assured us that the job would be perfect. He was absolutely correct. They did a walk-in shower conversion and it's stunning. There were some logistical issues that were dealt with fairly quickly. While this did add to the estimated time to completion that wasn't a big deal to us and I as the end result is what matters most. We highly recommend them to do any remodeling job that you require. It will be a top notch job with them making sure that you are completely satisfied with the end product.

After having a disastrous master bathroom remodel where the subcontractor had botched the job, I was faced with finding a company that can fix it. The job was done so poorly that it had to be redone. Naturally I was quite skeptical after this ordeal.. When I contacted Expert Home Builders, Owner came out and assured me that they could complete my master bath to my standards (I am very picky) and it would be done in a very timely manner. Their tile man and painter did exquisite work. After the glass shower, vanity, and tub were installed, I was extremely happy with the results. And you will too if you choose to use them. They offer first rate quality on their remodeling services. I recommendation them without any hesitation.

DO NOT HIRE THEM. . DO NOT TRUST THEM. RUN THE OTHER WAY. Many issues with shoddy work. Improper backfill of trenches and prepping for paver work. Improper install, no access to shutoff valve or venting to gas firepit. Having to do work over as not done properly first time. Ruined new fence and pergola with horrible staining job. Had to hire another company to fix it. They contract work out to unlicensed workers and using the company license when putting contract together. Work was to be done in 60-90 days, still was not complete 5 months later. Workers would not show, or work 4 hours when they did come to work site. The lead was hiring his family to do work that were inexperienced and made major mistakes. Had to have electrical work redone as they had done not to code. They would ask for more money to continue the project instead of keeping with contract. Contract and emails all said no hidden fees and all materials included. NOT true. We ended up paying for countertops, fire pit insert., light fixtures etc which was an addition to contract. I tried to work with them to finish project but they made so many mistakes and did not trust the work .

Look no further! I could not be happier with the remodeling project. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. We got an affordable offer. Thank you!

Demo-ed and replaced an exterior deck (approx 350 sq ft). The owner and his crew were simply outstanding in estimating, executing, cleaning-up aspects of this job. One is hard-put to assemble adequate adjectives to describe the quality of his work and the pleasure the whole family has experienced from his exceptional work and attitude. Bravo!

Team was fabulous to work with, hands down. My vision was to add more living space without adding square footage. Expert Home Builders made it happen. Walls were moved, doors rearranged, pocket door installed, custom shelving, new kitchen with extra seating, and new bathrooms came to life. I felt I was part of the Expert team. My vision and their high standards created my perfect place.

My bathroom and master bedroom turned out amazing, I was very satisfied with the results.. Their team worked really hard and did a beautiful job , I already referred these guys to a few friends. I will continue to recommend!
