    It went so well! Steven is a very nice and professional business owner. He is very detail oriented,he thoroughly explained every part of the job, and was punctual. In fact he always texted me before he arrived so that I could put our doggies in a safe spot away from where he was working and to limit their barking as they often do when a new person comes into our home. He does such great work, and at a very fair price. We have actually asked him to come back for another couple of jobs and we look forward to having him work on our home again

    The first time he said he had come up with his family. So I tried to be sensitive to that so we rescheduled to Saturday October 30 at 9:30. Then I noticed he came with a regular looking vehicle. Well I invited him and showed him the different things needed to be done in each room, He said he needed to get his tools and be right back. I waited 10 minutes outside and he was gone. He didn't contacted me and reach him twice. I left a message to him saying that I will report him to Angi and still he didn't reply. He rescheduled two time and show up the third time

    Absolutely wonderful! All the other handymen were either intimidated by heavy mirrors or made it sound almost too difficult to do. Bent explained the process thoroughly with his reined expertise in handling such heavy fixtures. He communicates with such finesse and is informative. I am HAPPY I found my Handyman guy I can work with on all levels. Rare to have this experience as you either don’t get a timely callback or get BS around. THANK YOU BRENT!!!!!
