    Our experience with Cory and Gary was excellent from beginning to finish. We had over 30 windows in our home in Deer Valley, Utah. Cory's ideas and suggestions were well thought out, and she has a fantastic eye for color and design. We ended up using Hunter Douglas Pirouettes, solar screens and blackout solar screens, many of which were motorized. It was a difficult job because we had lots of angled windows, many sliding doors and a variety of goals. Gary's installation was precise and meticulous. It was a pleasure to work with both of them, the final outcome is beautiful and we recommend them fully

    They did a fabulous job, we just purchased the house and the windows were very dirty. They worked fast and hard all day- it was a lot of work with 3 stories of windows, gutters, etc. They took care to clean up after themselves and the only evidence that they were even here was that the windows were crystal clear :) and the rain gutters were clear for the storm that hit a few days later (windows are still clean, too) I signed up for the 3 times a year outside cleaning, so yes I would hire them again! They have a lot of extra services and I like one stop shopping! AND THEY WERE ON TIME AND EASY TO GET A HOLD

    We contracted for windows and blinds to be cleaned. When the serviceman got to the site, he found a few blinds that needed minor repair. There were tracks that also needed repair. He seemed willing and able to do the repairs that were needed. Yes, he charged extra for the additional repairs that were not a part of the original agreement, but stayed on the job until the service was done... Like I say, he went beyond expectations

They then rushed manufacture of the shutters to meet our timing request. The installers arrived on the appointed day and the installation was perfect. We love our Stanfield plantation shutters! They are hard to hang and take down, but Kelly clearly new what she was doing. I was amazed at how quickly she was able to put them up and down.     When I called they explained their process of high pressure cleaning, and explained the possibility of paint damage on older blinds, especially darker blinds, that had a lot of sun. We had a few less expensive green blinds that were both darker and faced the west, so they got a lot of sun. After cleaning a few of those blinds did have some paint loss, but since I had been warned, it was no surprise. For the more expensive white blinds we used through the rest of the house there was no damage. The workmen showed up on time, They removed the blinds carefully, and numbered everything so every blind got back in the same position it stared in. I had asked them to have the blinds back by 5 that day, and they agreed. My wife informed me of a appointment we had so i called them back and asked if they could have the blinds cleaned and back, and installed by 4 pm. They agreed, and did exactly as promised

    I had 24 windows replaced by them. The owner is friendly and pleasant to deal with. I had about 20 issues with the job, ranging from minor annoyances to major problems. The owner agreed that all of them were valid. The major problems included things like the installer not showing up, them ordering the wrong products, and taking 7 weeks to do the job that was scheduled to be complete in 2 days. On a 5 star rating system I would rate them as: Value-4, Communication-2, Quality-3, Execution-2.
