The owner was extremely responsive, on time and followed up numerous times to make sure we were happy and that the stains fully came out. He actually came back a second time to make sure the job was done to 100% satisfaction. They were fast, easy to work with and beyond nice and trustworthy! FYI my son puked all over a light grey couch and carpet and all stains are fully gone! Highly highly recommend!

The morning after a major basement flood, Omar and his crew showed up with great attitudes, ready to get the job done. Omar explained the process to me before getting started, and once they started they moved quickly, being careful to rearrange each valuable while they cleaned up the water and grime and moved their equipment in for drying and dehumidifying.
The work was swift, and all of the servicemen and women were accommodating, kind, and transparent, and they were thorough with their work. Gabe was a dedicated worker, and Robert and his wife were always pleasant and clear about the work they were doing. Once the initial cleanup had been completed, Brooke was clear in communicating when the job would be fully completed and the equipment would be removed.
I'm very pleased with the job that RIPM did, and would highly recommend them to others who experience flooding in their homes.

They were respectful, considerate and most effective in removing a good portion of the wet walls and floors. I had over 5 ft of water which destroyed most of my basement they placed the debris in front of my house and then 2 other men loaded the garbage into their dump truck. The job took approximately one day to complete the clean up. I would Highly recommend this company.

This project started out as a leak, but upon further inspection there were major damages resulting from the leak. Gotham Builders came in and thoroughly assessed the situation, made the necessary repairs, and ultimately had to remodel other areas of the home. They were very professional; they absolutely knew what they were doing; very courteous, always on time and gave a play by play of what would occur during the whole process; their work is outstanding.

David was professional in all areas. He was informative in keeping me aware of each step of the process of cleaning and sanitizing my attic and removing and reinstalling the insulation.
