JR and his team were amazing with all the work they did to get me back on my feet. With the recent winter storm, I had a pipe burst that caused flooding in my home. They water mitigation was performed by someone else but JR took care of all the post repairs from installing wooden flooring to fixing the dry walls to installing tiles in the bathroom and last but not the least, painting the kitchen cabinets. He was very professional, humble and the best ever team I have worked with. He dealt with the insurance and ensured that I don't have to pay anything other than the deductible. He took care of everything in the timely manner. I could not have asked for more. Will be my go to person for any future needs.

The hard freeze we had in February
freeze caused frozen pipes to break and damage a room full of irreplaceable treasures. From the mediator, to the packers, to the movers, the restoration and clean up crew- All parts were done in a very organized and precise manner!
Appreciation goes out to Kourtney, Glenn, Brian, Isaac, Jake and the entire crew of hard workers. Each and every one of them displayed a positive attitude throughout the process.
Bottom line: VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!

I wish I could use this company for ALL the restoration process. They came promptly and got to work right away cleaning up the water damage from a broken double hot water heater in third floor attic. They were at our house until at least 1 AM the first night. They came back everyday for a week to check the drying out process and not for just a few minutes, they were here a couple of hours everyday checking out all the areas. Aubrey, Todd, Oscar and their crew were very professional and explained everything they were doing. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone who has water cleanup issues. Like I said if they did other areas of restoration I would use them for that also. They made a bad situation more bearable knowing they had it under control the entire time.

When the pipe burst behind my kitchen wall (in four places), I had no idea the damage that water can do. The freezing temperatures and power outages left many people in bad shape and help was hard to find. When I called Restoration1 North Dallas and spoke with David, I was thrilled that they were able to come out quickly. David introduced me to Neal, the Project Manager with 30+ years of experience, who has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. He urged me to vacate the premises due to the mold that was steadily taking over. Once out of the house, I realized just how dangerous mold can be and was so thankful for the advice and the concern.
As a first time homeowner and first time insurance claim filer, David and Neal walked me through the process step by step and when every inch of flooring, counter top and cabinet, fixture and half the walls had to be removed, I felt completely confident that they knew what they were doing and that the job would be done right. I had total trust that when it was time for me to go home, my home would not only be but back together but that it would be safe. They were available for all my questions, eased my concerns and brought great ideas for the use of space. I was kept in the loop and given regular updates and while the insurance company was incredibly slow to reimburse my claim, the documentation and knowledge helped me secure the appropriate funds. I have referred them to my neighbors and friends and will continue to do so. This process was eye opening to say the least and I still cannot make heads or tails of why insurance companies are so shifty but thank the heavens that Restoration1-with David, Neal, Oscar and Jake were there to come to my aid and help me through this roller coaster of a ride with a perfect demo and remediation. I cannot thank you all enough for your hard work, candor, patience and attention to detail.
