    My wife and I found B&R Hardwood and Tile on Angi when we were searching for consultative help on our recent kitchen remodel. Since the project was going to involve many different crafts we wanted guidance in our decision-making and help to coordinate all the different design elements and contractors. B&R had received very high recommendations on Angi and they sounded like a good fit for us. In addition, they were a local company (only a mile from our house). When we can, we prefer to support our local businesses. So, we made the phone call, and that's how it began. Kurt and Carol turned out to be exactly what we had hoped for: friendly, knowledgeable, highly experienced, low pressure, transparent, and filled with fresh ideas to make our project shine. They were extremely responsive and guided us through every single step of our project from beginning to end. Their subcontractor recommendations were spot on and either Kurt or Carol was always beside us to make the introductions to vendors, follow up on the work, assist with solving problems, ready with suggestions to add or subtract from the project. They worked hard to keep us within our budget. Kurt and Carol became our partners in renewing our kitchen. They never stopped checking with us until we were totally happy with the result.     Project went great! A previous owner had built a 2nd floor bathroom extension over a porch that sprung a leak through the porch. Sean was able to salvage much of the structure, make key repairs, and re-craft the bathroom extension to match the house (Victorian). Sean also did a full bathroom remodel. Incredible communicator, very collaborative design process, thoughtful and thorough work, great attention to detail. Would often arrive in the morning with a "I was thinking about it last night and would recommended we..." We've already hired Sean for another big project (3rd floor renovation). Total price of $55,000 was tied for most competitive of 4 bids received. Note that ~half was to repair and rebuild structure and the other ~half was for a full, large bathroom remodel

    Pablo was recommended to me as "the best" by my son. He is also in construction and has seen Pablo's work many times. I had a leaking shower and after his demo unsafe boards and mold were discovered. After the boards and mold were taken care of Pablo recommended a new look for the shower since old tile couldn't be matched. We chose penny tile for the shower floor and bench top and large tiles for half way up the walls. It is beautiful! Pablo and his team were professional, friendly, prompt, and respectful of my home. They left my home neat and clean. I am more than pleased with the entire project and experience. We are already planning my next tile project
