    I was super impressed by every aspect of Randy’s Electric. First, their scheduling is top-notch. The gentleman who answered the phone could not have been nicer and made me feel like I made his day simply by calling, and the woman who handled confirmation calls was also super friendly. Second, I received multiple confirmations by telephone, email and text. I had had various no-shows in the previous week by plumbing, a different electrician, and handyman vendors so I was very glad for the proactive confirmations and the awesome customer service by Randy’s Electric! The day of the appointment, I also received an email with my electrician’s name, photo and bio. Whoever is in charge of the Randy’s confirmation process, give that person a raise! Great idea and very welcome. Lastly, my electrician Tom Leahy could not have been nicer, more skilled, professional or efficient, and did a great job! I also asked him for a quote for additional building work on behalf of my condo association, as I would use Randy’s Electric again in a heartbeat. Outstanding experience

    Zach did a great job. Randy’s contacted me because a time slot opened up before my scheduled appointment, so I got the job done earlier than expected. Zach was careful of our home and explained everything he was going to do. He evaluated the problem, replaced a thermostat and showed me how to work with the new interface.     We told them that the soap dispenser did not work. They came out and originally said it did work, after calling again they said it did not work and needed a part. The whole initial look at it was 5 minutes and they where within 5 blocks from them. They charged 135.00 dollars to walk in and say the soap dispenser did not work. They then came back and charged for the part and the switch. They came the first time with no intention of fixing the issue and charged us $135.00 for a drive by visit. I would not use them again. I would prefer to have some one come to at least attempt to address the issue as opposed to pocketing the money with no intent to resolve the issue
