Recent Review: Started out great, I used a groupon for service. The 2 workers were very nice. They did decent work. There was damage to the hardwood floor which the owner took care of. They refinished the bedroom floor, well 1/2 the floor. I ended up finishing the painting myself .

Recent Review: Right off the bat, I was impressed with D&R, because they returned my call quickly, and showed up on time for the initial consult. I feel like many contractors are too "big" or too "busy" for smaller residential jobs; it was the opposite with D&R. I always felt like my jobs, regardless of the size were handled with great attention to detail and to my satisfaction. The pricing was fair and the communication was good about the scheduling and progress of the work. All workers were courteous and professional and I couldn't be happier with the results. As a repeat customer of this business, I feel confident recommending their work.

Recent Review: Joe's team redid the floors and they are a close match and look great. The trim looks great and is also a close match. The team put up a wall with a picket door, repaired walls, etc. The walls, the trim, the floor, it all looks great. I would use Joe in the future and recommend him to folks who are looking for someone. The price was fair, the work looks great and he was easy to get in touch with throughout the work.

Recent Review: Kevin and Tina are the best when it comes to completing hardwood floor projects. I knew that I needed to do something about the hardwood floor in my first floor apartment. When I saw the deal offer for $450.00 by AZ Hardwood Floors on Angie's List, I quickly claimed it. Kevin and Tina got in touch with me right away and kept the line of communication open until the job was completed. AZ Hardwood Floors ended up finishing two rooms (instead of one) with hardwood floors for a very reasonable price. Making payment for the completed project was made easy by this team. Recent Review: Tom was an EXCELLENT contractor. During the excessively busy season this past winter, he called me back the same day that I originally called him. He is pleasant and super easy to understand and work with. After discussing my situation, we set up a time for him to come and take a look. He showed up exactly when he said he would (and didn't even complain when my over-friendly dog attempted to welcome him in) , and he stayed for as long as needed to answer my numerous questions. Since my insurance company was involved in paying some claims, I found Tom's advice in that respect as to what and how to document the work very helpful. His understanding and experience in working with insurance companies was one reason I ultimately hired him. After providing me with a detailed estimate, I scheduled time for Tom to do the work. Tom was also very proactive in working with my contractor who was going to be doing the "put it all back together" work. I will add here that my contractor also seemed impressed by Tom and his work, and after Tom's work was done, my contractor commented that Tom and his team had done a VERY good job in only removing areas that needed to be removed, and that they worked hard to preserve areas that didn't. For example, I was concerned that we might need to rip out only a small section of a tiled bathroom floor which would mean the endless hunt to find matching replacement tile. But, no worries, Tom was able save the floor-YEA!! Another thing I will add is that Tom and his crew were downright meticulous in keeping small things like the screws to switch plates, lighting futures and other things that would eventually need to be "put back" orderly and together . Regarding the work itself, again Tom and his team showed up when scheduled, finished when they said they would, and came in UNDER the estimate! Who does that these days?? The work space was left exceptionally clean, all debris was removed and as mentioned, they were careful to preserve what they could. Would I hire Tom again? Well, I hope I never have to but if I do, its not even a question. Fair, honest, knowledgeable, quality work, said what he does and does what he says. What's not to like?

Recent Review: I was a little skeptical because I couldn't find any reviews online but figured I'd give it a try. He showed up at the time he said he would and the all the floors came out as I expected a restored floor to look like, fantastic!. The whole crew works real hard to do a respectable job and Tam even helped me at no cost installing part of my new hardwood floor where I was needing his technical expertise.. I'd definitely use him again.

Recent Review: Tom, prepared the kitchen sub-flooring for a new tile floor and got it dead on level in an old building. He also demolished the old kitchen. He was able to come right when we needed him and got the job done on time. He arrive on time got the job done within our time frame and cleaned. It whole thing was well coordinated. We are thinking of having him to the flooring as well and install the kitchen from IKEA.

Recent Review: Cliff did a superb job on the floors; they look beautiful!! The area at the entrance of the LR had been covered by a hideous patch of parquet floor; Cliff removed the parquet and that area was seamlessly restored to match the floors - you cannot tell where the damaged area had been.

Recent Review: our It's a familiar story: You start a tiny home improvement project that should last one day and cost very little money. Then you get in there and find a complete horror show. We hired a "large home improvement store" to rip out the carpet in our basement and install laminate floor--easy peasy. Except 10 minutes into it they ripped up a section of carpet and discovered that floor was completely not level, in fact, it was off by inches on the sides. So they packed up and left, leaving us in the lurch with a half destroyed basement. After searching around and making calls (job was too small for some of the companies, or they didn't do that kind of work) we found Rich at 3 G's. He picked up his phone even though he was on vacation with his family, listened to my crazy ramblings, and came to check out the mess a few days later. Rather than undertake a super expensive route of pouring new concrete to even the floor, he devised a very clever system of shims to level it out. We were under the gun to try and get the basement done before we left on vacation, mostly because we needed to move our pet chinchilla down there to stay cool while we were away (I know, if you had nickel every time that happened...). Rich has a very kind heart, and he and his co-worker made it happen, working late and on weekends to finish. They also found some mold in the walls while they were taking off baseboards and took the time to put Kills on it. The job ended up being more labor intensive than he originally thought, but he honored his price quote. Not only did they move furniture and put it back at no extra charge, they cleaned up the site every day---I could have wept with joy. The end result was a stress-free vacation, a beautiful new room for us to use, no more smelly wall to wall carpet, and a happy chinchilla who spent his summer in a cool mold-free room! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Rich and his crew, and will definitely be hiring them again!

Recent Review: He worked so hard and came out the same day and asked me questions and realized that I hired the wrong plumbing company. He was great. I needed to hire a carpet company and I could not find one and he bought the tool needed to lay the carpet and he came back to lay it. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. I worked with Bob.

Recent Review: Ron was very responsive with any questions as well as extremely accommodating and flexible with changes in scheduling. He was very proficient in his knowledge of bamboo flooring. He was on time, did the work in the time expected for the quote he provided. He came back to make one adjustment in a quick and timely manner and at the same time helped us out with something additional that was unrelated. Would absolutely recommend without reservation.

Recent Review: The owner of the company, Tao, immediately came out to give us a quote. He provided us with various choices for the flooring, and helped us understand the process. He was able to schedule the installation quickly. The installers came when expected and worked non-stop. They did their best to keep the sawdust to a minimum which is really impossible. They did a great job on the floors. The only suggestion that we have is for Tao to tell homeowners to move everything out of a room that is having floors put in. We didn't know that we needed to take hanging clothes out of the closets, etc. I guess we should have figured that out, but we had to scramble to find spots to put all of our clothing when the installers arrived. Overall I was very happy with the work that this company provided and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have floors put in.

Recent Review: Floor was carpeted when we moved in and Phil did the demo and we discovered that the floor underneath was too uneven to install flooring. Found a contractor to level the floor and then Phil did install. Worked quickly and professionally and cleanly. Very happy with service.
