    I called Abington Locksmith on Friday morning - 9/17/2021. They accommodated my request and were there within an hour or so. Both Ryder and Dan were great. They patiently spent time trying to get the locking mechanism "unlocked" instead of breaking the lock. They finally managed to unlock it without any damage to the Schlage Lever Handle Keyed Entry Door Knob. Both of them were thorough and very courteous. And above all, they priced the job very reasonably. I would reach out to them again in a heartbeat

    Gordon was absolutely excellent to work with. There was solid communication (by text after initial call). He went way beyond what we asked. In addition to repairing the cylinder not working, he lubricated and checked/lubricated 2 other door locks. He found missing screws in door hinges, and as a courtesy, just put those in, as well as adjusting some pieces that were not done correctly. He clearly knew his stuff, and in addition, was just a pleasure to work with. Price was very reasonable, and would highly recommend him

    Chris from Granite Lock came out and took a look at four locks in old, exterior doors that we wanted to keep in our home. On one door, the structure of the lock was so good that he recommended only changing out the cylinder so that the key would match another of the newer locks. The newer deadbolts, replacing old mortice locks, are so easy to operate. Everything was done with respect for these old, yet very sturdy doors. Everything was done efficiently and neatly. Since I first had the service done, I've found out that other friends and family members on the South Shore use Granite Lock Company because of the extraordinary, high quality service they bring

    This is the second time we've had Jeff out to do work for us. He and his assistant Alex installed beautiful custom woodwork in our hallway. There were many technical challenges because we have an older house, but their deep commitment to quality work and fine attention to detail are plainly evident in their excellent job. They also took care to work very neatly, locating all of the sawing and finishing outside the house or offsite. We had an unusual project for them, and Jeff's expertise was essential in bringing it off successfully. Throughout the project, from early discussions to the scheduling the final day, our communication with him was prompt and clear.
